Mission in the Factory

Soon before you know it, police cars were on our tail. "Why now?" I said. Rifles started shooting. "Dice!" I shouted. McKayla drifted to the right to where the dining place of a restaurant was. "Hopefully we don't get extra charged," McKayla mumbled.

"We what?!"

"They may have charged us for the bridge construction we broke, manslaughter, and probably added onto the list—felony escape."

"I never knew we were this bad."

There were dispatchers on the police cars. "10-31" kept on going through the radio. I got my SMG gun and shot it at them. "Wouldn't that do worse?" McKayla asked. "It's just felony escape, right?" I said. I saw a tall building that made me more scared. It said: Orbal Most Wanted. I was practically a criminal—this can't be happening. So lost in my emotional feelings, Captain Dice's soldier was about to shoot me. "Kai, watch out!" she immediately shouted. McKayla got her pistol and shot him. Since he was the driver, the car started moving to the left and crashed.

We crashed into tables and people—More manslaughter. McKayla blew her horn. "Excuse me!" she shouted. I only managed to scream. People leaped from their tables. Then, our car flipped over. It was now hanging from the side. Glass started to fly from the car. Little bushes crashed and little leaves we're on the road. "Come on—Come on!" McKayla shouted. She pressed the brake and turned the car over its feet.

Orbix got an assault rifle in his hand. "Orbix—don't do this! No—" He started shooting all over the place. He shot the windows of our cars.

As Captain Dice's cars were on the road. Their tires blew out and fire splashed under their cars.

Boom!

Crash!

It was spectacular. Police cars started twirling like ice skaters. You could see a bunch of people running; holding hands and their children. Fire was everywhere.

And, Captain Dice's cars? Why wouldn't I?

Cars crashed into buildings and restaurants. Cars blew up, affecting the building's glass. As it fell down, you could see people collapsing and blood squirt from their heads.

"Oh, no," I said. "Look at this." I started to worry more. "Hey, don't worry. When we get home, we wouldn't be 'Most Wanted,'" McKayla told me. "It's gonna be okay." I sighed.

We arrived at RHL, and it was tall. It was about sixty seven feet long. I just figured that just now. "Wow," McKayla said. Orbix looked out the window, and bubbles went out his mouth. I looked at Orbix. "I thought that was only on water."

"It's an orb, Kai."

There were a bunch of Escalades and Suburbans that were grey and black. "Do they allow any visitors?" I asked. "Well, they allow people who do news," McKayla admitted. My brain lit up. I looked at McKayla, and she nodded. Orbix turned the car into multiple new cars with people in them. Nice one, Orbix. After all, he can control four hundred things at a time. As the news people went into the building we went in with them. "How did we not think of this?" I said.

The RHL building was busy. You saw a bunch of workers that were in the place. Elevators were raised up

with a bunch of robots in it. Sparks of electricity were on every experiment table. Wow. "Over here, Kai!" McKayla shouted, dragging my hand. We went into a random room. "Where's Orbix?" she asked. We saw Orbix outside the room, dancing like a chicken in front of everyone. "Oh—" I went out of the room. I quickly ran to get Orbix until someone was like, "Hey!" I froze. The person's footsteps sounded like high heels.

I turned around very slowly. "Are you new here?" she asked. I looked at her tag. Salie. I looked at my body, and I looked as if I was—a human. "Yes," I stammered.

Salie with her black hair and her big lips, had an expression that showed suspiciousness. "What are the horizontal rows of the Periodic Table called?" she asked. I was so confused. "Periods!" I blurted out saying. I'm dead. I'm so dead. Salie nodded. "What is an acid?" she asked.

"An acid is any substance that has a pH of less than 7.

The pH of an acid is determined by the concentration of Hydrogen ions the substance has when in solution. All acids contain hydrogen ions when in solution; the higher the concentration of H+ ions, the lower the pH."

Salie's eyebrows raised up. "Well, you seem like a pretty smart scientist."

"Yeah, I learned at Harvard University."

Salie nodded. She got out a map and smacked it into my hand. "You should be smart enough to find your place to experiment." I started walking away fast. Where was Orbix anyway? I felt a tug in my body. He was inside of me.

We arrived at our room. Orbix came out of me, and I was finally back to normal. "Did I look ugly?" I asked. Orbix talked with bubbles coming out of his mouth. "I guess that stays with you, doesn't it," I jested. Orbix dragged my hand into a random room.

He gave me a walkie-talkie. He pointed to a switch that was on it. I pressed it. "Hello?"

"Kai, where are you?"

"I'm in a—" Orbix pointed to the door top. Low-Self Esteem room. "—the Low-Self Esteem room."

"Good, now in that room. You'll see—" There was an unexpected pause. "—a button. A big fat button." I checked the floor, the sides, and the ceilings. "I can't find it," I said. I tapped the floor trying to calm myself down. An elevator from the side of the room opened up. "Why do they even call it the Low-Self Esteem room?" I asked.

"It's just a disguise."

"They did very bad then," I said, while moving into the elevator. Orbix pressed zero three times. "Zero?" I said. "They are very predictable." The elevator started closing. "Hey, Orbix. Can you hear?" I said. Orbix nodded. I sighed. "Well, you see. I'm very glad to have you here. You've helped us on this journey, going the way home. And um, I like your silly look too." Orbix started turning light pink. "And, um. Let me just get on with it. I want you and McKayla to stay with me when we get back home."

Orbix started nodding. He looked at me and touched my heart. He pointed to himself. I knew what he said. The elevator opened and the first thing you hear is RATATATATATATATA!!! A bunch of holes were in the elevator.

"Get down!"

A shield appeared in my hand. I blocked all the shots. I flung it and it hit all the soldiers in the head. And then it returned into my hand. Orbix showed me a picture of America's Captain? Oh—Captain America. I shrugged. I didn't know who that random guy with a blue suit was.

We ran to the elevator where the robots went in. "Wait, doesn't this go—" It was a disaster. I felt like I was going to die. I felt my teeth rising from my mouth. I felt my eyeballs crawling from their sockets. When we finally reached the floor. I immediately collapsed. "Please, don't send me there again." McKayla arrived from the shadow. "It's worse when you go up."

"So technically, what are we supposed to do here?"

"Get life and weapons, I'm guessing?"

"Don't we already have Orbix?"

McKayla sighed. "This is the human world. Orbix is failing, and we need to get something to keep him for about one hundred and sixty eight hours. Practically one week. We weren't really supposed to be here. I nodded. We crept up in walls that were by—glowing glass. Guards were guarding the glass. "We have to go for it," I said. McKayla hissed, "Of course we know that." Then we saw Captain Dice walking. "Get armed. Someone's here," he said.

Orbal made Uzi's in our hands. "Fire!" McKAyla shouted.

Now, this one was like slaughter. Blood sprayed from high and low. Holes were in every wall. Men fell and died. I breathed heavily. "God, that was cool!" I said, chuckling. I got the glass from the electrifying cage it was in. I gave it to Orbix. He put onto his heart and he turned turquoise. "Is this how they boost up their life?" I asked McKayla.

"I guess," she said.

We ran out of the building and got into a Urus. "Whoo! That was very close!" McKayla said. It was dawn. We needed a place to live and quick. "Hey, why is there a blockade up front?" McKayla wondered.

A bunch of police cars were upfront. "Um, reverse," I said. But then where was a blockade at the back. "Oh, no."

"Get out of the car and put your hands up."

I looked at McKayla. "I will," she said.

"No. Let me do it. I'm the one in the picture anyway."

I got out of the car and raised my hands up. The sun had a glint in the surroundings. An officer got my hands and handcuffed them. They put me on the trunk of the car.

"Look at you," an officer said. "Already causing trouble in the human world. Pig." "Who are you to

judge?" I said. The officer looked at me. "You look and smell like one." I sighed. I had a lot of blood on myself. The officer chuckled, "You committed a lot of crimes since you came here. Manslaughter, theft, breaking down a bridge, felony escape, and attempted murder."

"What's the difference?"

"You were directly trying to kill those guards Captain Dice gave us, didn't you."

"They were trying to—"

"Didn't you."

I sighed and nodded. "Get in," the officer hissed.

I got into the back of the police car. McKayla ran to me. "No! Let him go!" she shouted. A group of sheriffs held her arms and she shook. "Leave him alone! He didn't do anything!!" she shouted. The sky was gold and the sun beamed. Oh well, I guess this is the way it has to be. But, how would I go back home and return the orb?
