The Greatest Knight

In the small village called Ratea in a small hut near the forest a child with raven hair reaching to his shoulder and ruby eyes, he is swinging a sword with a dedicated expression on his face if he not wearing a boy's clothing you'll never know if he is male or female. Then suddenly someone comes out from the small and shabby hut and called him. The man looks like he is in his 50's but he has a nice body build which was accumulated from all those years of training which is obviously because he is a knight before.

"Izayoi that's it for today let's eat" The boy heard the man and he stopped his swinging and he looked at the person who called him and when he smiled and went near the man who called him.

"Master, I've finished the fifty swings that you've said that I need to finish what should I do next?" He asked while smiling at his master.

His master, Arju Fernran is not a man of words but this child is extremely diligent and honest he cannot help but pat is head.

"You're doing good Izayoi but that is it for the day, look the sun is already out and you don't even realize it" The child looked at the sky and it is indeed indicating that it will be night very soon.

He then looked down and became sad. His master can understand what he is thinking but he cannot help it since he is a child which whatever feels can be seen on his face.

"But, master I want to immediately be strong so that I can give you a much better life" Arju cannot help but feel helpless because of his own indigence. After they left the mansion he was still chased by those people and what can alone person like him who has a child with him can do at that situation though for some reason they escaped that because of Lord Pheles who had used his gift to help the child and him.

They did escape but he is deemed to be a criminal because he survived and even brought the child of that family with him which is deemed dangerous. He cannot find a better place to live because of that until they finally reached the village of Ratea which almost near the border of the great continent of Cyffredin and there, you already see the very roots of the great tree that divides the two continents, the Yggdrasil.

Though people can look at it from all over the world they cannot enter its ground because of the holy barrier that was maid the holiest being of their world, The Angels. The angels are those beings that guide people so that there won't be chaos between the two continents.

There are only a few people in the village of Ratea since there are saying that the monsters from the Rhyffred were believed to attacked it first when the barrier was breached, that's why most of the people here are those criminal or former criminals.

He only served them for three years he indeed got attached to them because of their kindness.

It has been eight years even though, those things happened to him but still, he can remember when he first met lord Pheles and his daughter who's as beautiful as a goddess, no wonder her child will look like this.

The child inherits his mother's eyes but his hair is from that person whom he didn't want to name him because ever since that person came to their land on that day everything messed up.

"Izayoi let's go inside" the child nodded at him and followed inside the small hut.

He still remembers how the child asked him if he is his father and he cannot help and he almost cried at that time since the child looks confused at everything even though he is just a five-year-old child.

He wanted him to immediately mature as soon as possible since he didn't know until when he will be there for him and until now he still feels the guilt even though the child didn't show it, he knows that he is hiding an intense pain in his heart and he is sure that someday this child will have to live and have his own journey to find himself and he is sure that h, himself won't be enough to stop him since Lord Pheles already told him that this child is going a destiny different than a normal human will have.

When they entered the room, Izayoi could smell the soup that his master made and he cannot help but feel excited. He then saw the table with a cup of soup and a piece of bread but for some reason, he's the only one with bread.

"Master, why don't you have bread? Are you cutting your food because of me?" This is it, the expression that he makes if he is extremely upset. He just looks at you for a while until you tell him an explanation. This one can make Arju reminiscence because of the similarities of that person though he didn't like that person it is also one of those few things that he respects from him.

He cannot help but contemplate since the young boy might grow up the same as his father, though unknown to him the child's destiny is extremely different from his father.
