Set in a fictional between the period 1890-1910. An empire struggles to maintain itself as instability and constant wars has weakened it's strength to maintain it's borders. as a result fierce revolts from the many subjugated peoples has occurred across the urban cities of the empire. To deal with these uprisings the Commonwealth has deployed the black legion to suppress these revolts, which is where our story begins.
