The Book of Evil

In the imperial garden of the 2nd princess of the royal family of the Rumie Empire there can be seen two children running in a bed of white magnolias until they reached a large lotus pond.

The first one to reach the pond is a little girl around the age of 6 with skin as white as the lotuses in the pond with small cherry red lips and dark black hair which serves as a stark contrast to her surroundings, while the one who arrives after her is a little boy who looks the same age as her who is wearing all black and which makes him seem like he isn't part of this white world but what is most strange about this boy is his eyes which his pupils are a mesmerizing dark black that's seems as if it can suck in a persons sould but it isn't just his pupils that are strange but it's the whites of his eyes or the the fact that what should be white is a crystalline emerald green color which over all makes his eyes seem like they belong to a black cat.

"Hey Perci aren't you happy your dad is coming back today?" Said the little girl in her charmingly cute voice.

"Pah why should I be happy about it. I know I'm gonna have to listen on and on about his war stories which showcases how awesome he is and how all his enemies souls leave their bodies from a single glance from him" Said Perci in a voice which seemed like he was annoyed but he can't hide his slight smile on the corner of his lips.

"Che can't be honest with yourself huh. Your lucky I wish I could hear all of uncle Perion's stories"the girl said after seeing this boy pretending he wasn't happy.

"Hmm Lucy it seems like your still too young, as a princess you shouldn't let old men trick you" Said Perci in a way as if he was a wise elder teaching his diciple.

"The skin on you guy is to thick. Hey! Can you grab that flower for me." Said Lucy pointing to a white flower by the side of the pond.

Perci reaches down and and grabbed the flower only to be pricked by a thorn leaving a few drops of blood on the flower he was supposed to pick up. "Ouch! Hey you did that on purpose!" Screamed Perci

"Eh? How could I know the son of the Great War god has such a lack of observational skills" Said Lucy with an evil smirk

"Hump it was definitely on purpose since when did you have white roses here any way?"asked Perci while sucking on his wound. " since.." right when Lucy was about to respond they heard the sound of hundreads of horses marching into the city along with the vibration one the ground. "That's strange usually when the troops come home there are drums and trumpets but this time.." before Lucy could finish her sentence Perci had already ran off towards the exit of the garden and Lucy could only follow seeing the worried look on her best friends face. "Nothing could have happened right?" She thought as she followed after him but before she left she took a look at the originally white rose which mysteriously turned black a some unknown time. After a quick glance she ran faster safer him feeling that the coming days will might be tough for her friend.
