Damien stared at Ezekiel waiting for him to bring more light to what he had just said. He failed to understand how Ace's habit of changing women had anything to do with Melody or perhaps he just refused to believe what was already in his mind.
"Are you going to talk or not?" he asked because Ezekiel didn't look like he was talking anytime soon.
"It is as you have heard, every woman who piques his interests ends up dead not long after that. Those to die quickest are those that made the chase futile. Playing hard to get only makes him want you more and when he does…"
"He kills them," Damian completed the rest of his words and Ezekiel nodded his head.
"She is only alive as long as she never falls into his hands or he does not get tired and bored with the chase and decides to kill her at once," Ezekiel concluded.
