The Adventure Through Time

Near the coast of the Sentinel Island

I felt a throbbing pain in my chest as I heaved for air. But instead of air what all I received was mouth full of water. My whole body felt sour and cold. My throat felt dry. It felt like I am floating perfectly still and stiff like a log of wood hovering in a state of semi-consciousness. Every gulp of water felt like icy knifes piercing my body, making me want to die.  I heard voices of people conversing in a foreign yet familiar language. But before I could get hold of the situation, stone hit my head or may be vice-versa. As I was floating or precisely trying to float due to the harsh attacks that the Bay of Bengal threw my way. The last thing I remember before I totally lost my consciousness is being carried ashore.

When I gained back my consciousness I was lying on a mat which felt so soft and comfortable that one wood never wish to get up from there. I looked around to observe my surroundings. I started moving my eyes which felt as if they were carrying tons of weight on them. As I was taking in as much as I could, I found a man lying few meters away from me. I couldn't see his face clearly as we were separated by thin cloth acting as curtain between us. But my guts told me that the man was someone I knew. Someone very close to me and the settings seemed way too familiar as if I was in one of my dreams or precisely in past. I couldn't make anything out of my little gut feeling and the familiarity I felt for it.

As I was trying to clear up my mind, so that I could think properly, but I couldn't due to the presence of strong aroma. As hard as I tried to clear my mind, the more muddled it got. I looked around for a second time, I noticed a girl, she was entering the little cottage carrying a tray, which consisted of red flowers and some other things which I couldn't identify and the only thing I could identify was the girl. The girl was none other than my….  And before I could process my thoughts further and know what was happening, I lost my consciousness for the second time.

In the unconscious state of mind

Wasn't that my Rosy? How come she is here? Wait!! This can't be possible, no one up till now has been successful, but then how come I have travelled back in time? The last thing I remember is facing death while trying to save the Sentinelese from the epidemic disease which will attack the world 7 years from now. Or am I in another world, but that isn't possible too. I agree I had tried creating another world or maybe another dimension but all my attempts were failures. I didn't have the enough knowledge as well as the trust of the villagers nor the support of the Mother Nature at the time. Then what is he going to do this time? He can't let the history repeat itself! But does he have the ability to change it??!! He needs to find the answers to all his questions?! But how?

Finally with a slight scream of pain, I woke up from my unconscious state. I slowly opened my eyes as they felt quite heavy and the tiredness which had dissipated when I had gained back my consciousness for the first time, has now turned into unbearable pain and fatigue. I felt like I was beaten black and blue after I was done running miles. My body was in so much pain that I didn't know what to do. I roamed my eyes around the room and the only thing I could see up till where my eyes could reach was darkness. I didn't know where I was. For a moment I thought I was in Hell. But as I started to lose my cool. I heard a faint whispers, precisely coming from no one. The faint whispers turned loud and then started to get reflected into the darkness.
