14 The On Lookers

A long with the white/blue haired man that was there witnessing Nadia/Eva (who was cloaked) there was two other people that witnessed what happened as well. One was a young man with silver with a slight tint of gold hair (silver gold), and the other was an adult man with green hair. They both have arrived in this area for the same reason, the dark beast.

The silver/gold haired man was waring a dark coloured uniform clearly he served as part of the military that was set up not entirely that far from here. The man worn a slightly annoyed expression as he walked through the woods. 'I can't believe those idiots let one of those things get so close to the camp. I have no choice but to go deal with it now after that odd mana reaction.' He muttered as he walked though the forest.

The man with green was here for similar reasons he heard about the request about the 'monster' in the Capillary mountain and new it was too dangerous to let a normal human handle it as it was a job for a magic user.

The silver/gold haired man was closer to were Nadia was and reached the clearing first seeing the hooded figure. Her hood flopped off her head as she was petting the nine-tailed fox magi beast. Nadia's two eye colours were in full view along with her brown/green tint with strawberry blonde balayage streaked hair. She was had a very beautiful and peaceful expression on her face, one she rarely expressed, her usually hard cold and calculating eyes was soft. He was able to hear her light laughter as she was enjoying her time with the magi beast.

The little fox touched it nose against Nadia's getting is slightly wet. When the fox did that Nadia laughed joyfully with a beautiful smile. She buried her face into the foxes fur, "your fur's so soft little fox. It remind me of fabrics back home. You know… it's been about a month now since I arrived here. It's weird… I kinda miss my home, but at the same time I don't. It was easier there, you wouldn't be to even comprehend what I had back home. It made like really easy. But there was a lot of issues there... do you have a reason to live little fox? To be honest with you… I don't I'm more that ready to die. The only reason I haven't killed myself yet it because of a promise I made a long time ago. I regret making that promise." Nadia let out a dejected laugh.

"Honestly right now this is just an escape from my reality back home. There is nothing here for me even back home there isn't much aside for obligations. I'm quiet pathetic… no love life. Nothing really to live for. Hahah." She trailed off her eyes clouded slightly as she hurried her face in the foxes fur again.

"You know the one good thing in this appearance of myself is that my physical scars are gone." Nadia let out a slight laugh. The fox lifted its head up and rub its face against hers. She smiled slightly as she pet its head.

"I'm sorry I shouldn't talk about such depressing things. I didn't mean to bring the mood down. I just have a bad feeling right now."

That was when the fox begun to make some noises, and its fur begun to stand up. Nadia turn around and her face slightly paled as she glared at what was behind her. The man look over and noticed the dark beast a large one. One many people knew to be dangerous.

Nadia reached for her necklace and a sword appeared in her hand and she held the fox in the other. 'What how does… no way it can't be.'

That was when the fight begun the sliver/gold haired man watch as Nadia tried to run off but got hit and disappeared into the bushes. At this point the green hairs man arrived to see what was going on seeing the dark beast he was about to race out.

That was when the two of them saw a smaller figure walk out from the bushes that Nadia disappeared into with a hood over their head. The figure held the sword in her hand that was too big for her body and ability. 'That's the same person…' The sliver/gold hair man muttered. The sword than changed size in her hand and matched to her size and strength.

The two men watched frozen in place as the Eva/Nadia with her small weak frame was fighting to the death against the hell-wolf that was clearly stronger than her. The magic she casted and how she used it was a surprise to the two, using a mixture of magic and weapon's causing a fair amount of damage to the beast despite the large difference in strength.

Eva's blood sprayed the ground they could see the green haired man almost wanted to beg Eva' to stop seeing the condition she was in. He was sure she was going to die at this rate. But they couldn't enter as a unique kind of barrier was set up preventing them from entering the battlefield

Blood dripping off her body the teeth marks on her shoulder and the multiple pricing wounds she had on her at this point. Her legs were nearly keeping her standing at this point. That was around the time there noticed the blood that she coughed out.

They came here to fight these beast but now were helpless and forced to watch a young women (Eva) fight this beast were she was likely to die. It was hard for one of them to watch.

'This girl… she isn't afraid. She doesn't care if she dies. Her body isn't even trembling.'

For a moment he shuddered at the thought of ever fighting this women. She would not fear putting herself in a dangerous situation if needed. The kind of person many would ever fear to fight.

The next moment Eva/Nadia raced forward at the beast and used a powerful magic. They could smell the scent of burning flesh a repulsive smell, and then Eva/Nadia gouged the best neck and stabbed it in the chest, till finally decapitating it. The young girl managed to win the fight against the Hell-wolf but they didn't realize the fight wasn't over.

As the girl walked away from the presumed dead body of the hell-wolf. "Mistress! Look out!"

That was when it happened the green haired man could nearly see it but the silver/gold haired man could, the dark tendrils the shot up from the ground and begun to wrap around her body quickly. A white/blue haired man dashed out from the bushes towards Eva/Nadia.

The girl turned and looked in the man direction seeing his out stretched hand for her. The sliver/gold hair man was about to see the girls face for a brief moment, dark blue hair and silver eyes, but the thing that left the biggest impression on his was her expression. It was fear nor really sadness.

The girl wore a slight smile right as the last of the tendrils enclosed her and a large dark pillar of light rose from the ground and to the sky completely blocking her from view.

Nadia had be engulfed in the dark tendrils and pillar. That last thing she registered was three figures near by, and one person in particular calling out to her. 'How stupid.'

The next moment she begun to process things around her, she was faced with a familiar scene in front of her. Her eyes cleared of the darkness. She could feel her body tense slightly in confusion. 'What the hell is going on?!'
