Ten Tikky was that small because Tikky was just a servant in legend Arcade's mission but once he was going to die due to a snake poison, Tikky used his blood and suck out the whole venom then gave his blood to Arcade by dying.

Tikky was a legend because he saved a legend but this was a kind of misunderstanding to all eras some trying to say that the true legend was Arcade, but others bringing the fact that the true legend was the one who saved the legend's life.

So by that, they decided to make Tikky as a legend to decrease that revolt but they made it unreal and unrealistic to many people. To whom do you think the great power belongs to?

By that Tikky was made a ten before him, he destroyed his temple intentionally that's when the green snake venom which Tikky died with in his body arose again and Tikky became re alive in a snak's body with a green venom which was to hunt the generation of Arcade for 1500.
