Dear Diary,

Hi! I'm in the woods at four in the morning! FOUR!

We barely escaped with our lives when an unknown creature burst into our house. Whose we? You may know her from my countless diary entries about my annoying little sis. She's with me right now. I grabbed her from her bed when I heard my parents scream. I don't think they made it, I really don't. We are in the woods right now. I'm trying to be brave, but it's really hard to with the dark and our parent's screams still bouncing around in my head.

Whatever that thing was, I think it knows i'm out here. I have a feeling we are not the only survivors that took cover in the woods. Hopefully.
