On the main continent of sunari in the heavenly jade city, the city was a bustling metropolis surrounded by a tall wall made of white stone like material. The city was built with a modern style and modern technology, having tall skyscrapers occupy the center as its downtown area with many people working there weekdays. residential districts for regular people, school zone for education, housing districts for those who can afford them, villa districts for those succeeded in their business ventures, Industrial zone for production and processing facilities, government zone where state employees go to do business, and the resource management zone where things like water treatment and other things necessary for city life is sustained.

This city is a first tier city meaning that out all of the cities in the state this is one the best places to live and work in, Cities are tiered from 1-3 with 1 being the best and 3 being the worst, any quality below 3 means that its a slum where no decent people would want to live there and the government may attack and demolish it if vagabonds cause too many problems for the area.

Heavenly jade city is a great place to live but if there had to be an issue it would be the government surveillance and military presence. This ensures that the crime rate is very low but at the same time it restricts and controls citizens freedom.

Citizens must have their state issued id on them at all times in the form of a card, bangle or attached to their phone. Citizens who lose their id are subject to a heavy fine and they are detained while the actions they have committed during the time without it is investigated.

Biometrics are also utilized to do things like unlocking phones, home entrances, and enter their workplace, facial recondition is also utilized in public surveillance.

In the center of downtown were the largest of skyscrapers towering over the city, one of which belongs to the largest entertainment company Nine fox entertainment. The company embodies the image of a nine tailed fox with white fur and red markings, The fox may also sometimes take on the form of a beautiful seductress talented in manipulation and many forms of arts. This company focuses on the development of female actresses, singers, idols and internet celebrities.

The CEO was a woman from a noble family who was not eligible to inherit the title and instead of marrying another noble or an family approved husband, She decided to start her own entertainment company that raised beautiful and talented women and protecting them from the dark side of the industry.

Normally a company with such a design would fail due to the lack of male models, actors and idols and therefore the fan bases and support of those fans. However this CEO was a former noble lady and had her connections to other ladies in the circle who supported her company.

Women had patriarchal gender roles before the chaotic era 1000 years ago, They were expected to be demure, respectful and obedient to their families and then to their husbands. And both during and after the war women were generally not treated well due to the lack of resources. Starvation, Mistreatment and abandonment stoked their instincts to survive and change.

While men were at war destroying the continent, women were taking care of the children and fields. Raiders, bandits or even soldiers would commandeer or steal land and crops from villages killing the young and old and often capturing the women. When fleeing from war or famine families would often abandon the weak and the old, sons were preferred over daughters to continue the family bloodline.

So when society crumbled around them, war and famine plagued the lands and the husbands and fathers whos duty was to protect them abandoned them for their own survival or for the survival of their sons the surviving women asked themselves why did this happen to them?

And the answer that they got was because that they were weak, in times of crises it is the weak that suffer and that has always been the case. Humans love to tell themselves excuses and for a species that can learn and adapt to their environment's they don't like change that much.

When one side loses a war people point out the difference in strength, strategy, supply chain, leadership, environment, and numbers etc. Women had very little hand in the outcome of a war but they suffered the most without even being able to protect themselves. Being petite, dainty and fragile was the beauty standard back then and learning to fight or handling a sword was considered boorish and looked down upon.

After the chaotic era nearly everyone who survived learned how to fight or handle a wepon , Women often chose to learn archery, how to wield a dagger or rapier. Manpower was lacking in collecting resources such as lumbering, farming or construction so women took part in those too. During the industrial revolution women worked in factories and during the age of information women worked in offices and warehouses like men.

Over the last 1000 years of development women on this continent have grown to be naturally stronger, taller and have denser bones to have a physique closer to an average man. Outliers still exist because people are different however nobles still favor boys over girls while martial arts families favor good genetics and the government favors connections.
