"Kimberly hurry up, your dad and Mr Lincoln will be here anytime soon. We wouldn't want to disappoint dad!"

Mrs Deysel was screaming and pacing up and down the isle. She was nervous. Mr Deysel had invited Mr Lincoln, their CEO for dinner. Mr Lincoln's life was a sad one. His wife, Mrs Lincoln was involved in a car crush where she and their two daughters died on spot and their youngest son died after being hospitalised. She had gone to pick up their children from school where a sleepy truck driver collided head on with Mrs Lincoln's car causing this tragedy. Ever since the incident Mr Lincoln seldom uttered a word in as much as he'd step foot in the office each and every workday. Mr Deysel was a noble man who thought it to be wise to invite him for dinner. He was merely a clerk who didn't earn much but hus soft spot for humanity pushed him to this deed.

Mrs Deysel was panicking. She did not want to embarrass herself or her husband in front of the CEO. Everything had to be perfect. Kimberly thought it was a lame idea of her dad to invite someone as 'big' as the CEO over. He obviously ate fancy food over his house not the apple pie her mother was making. To avoid arguments she just did whatever her worried mother instructed her to. A car honked at the gate alerting them of Mr Lincoln and Mr Deysel's arrival. Kim strolled behind her mother to welcome them. She was annoyed; 'why couldn't we go over his place?' she murmured. She felt that her parents were about to embass themselves. She was happy with her family but the presence of a wealthy man made her uncomfortable.

"Welcome to our house sir, meet Lucy Deysel, my wife, Kimberly Deysel, my first daughter, there's also Drew and Nathan, my other two sons, they are at my mother's in the country for tge holidays, they love it that side," mr Deysel said smiling. Kimberly stared at her dad as he introduced them. His deep brown eyes were shining which only happens when he was happy. Yes he was happy, he was doing a nobble deed.

"Sweetheart, this is Mr Lincoln, our CEO, our guest this evening, " mr Deysel finished off the introductions.

"Welcome sir, we're honoured to have you," mrs Deysel apprehended.

"No please call me Josh, there are no formalities here, it's just dinner, I'll call you Lucy same as I'll call Nick right here. Hie Kim, you seem too quiet,"

Mr Lincoln had a long face, smooth skin. The white golf t-shirt he had on matched his jawline and his perfectly white teeth. He had broad shoulders, strong arms and long legs. He was an ideal CEO.

"Oh that's nice of you sir, feel at home" to Kim "young lady where are your manners? Why haven't you greeted him?"

'my mother is impossible, what a good day to embarass me!" Kim thought to herself.

" Greetings sir Josh, how are you? I'm not that quiet, it's just that I wanted my parents to talk to you firsr then I can follow after them. Please come in. " Kim
