Returning Home

As the sun sets and darkness blankets the town of Karakura, the figure of a young girl with a black cat riding atop her head can be seen blinking from rooftop to rooftop.

"Oi Stupid Cat, let's inform the rest of the group that we're all finished up with the first Mission.]

"Nyaha, Stop being so grumpy~" The cat flicked her tail and laughed at the girl's mood.

[Flash Goddess: Nyaha~ I felt more like a spectator the whole time though.]

[Flash Goddess: Nyaha~ Stop acting all depressed Little Princess, I'm sure you're luck can't get any worse~]

[Anbu Cat: Must of been something bad if Jasmine is acting this depressed.]

[Devillish Student Council President: I'm Curious as well.]

[Flash Goddess: We used our Gacha rewards from the mission and Jasmine is sulking around because of her bad luck~]

[Flash Goddess: Ara? My fur is almost completely soaked from this depressing raincloud that's hovering above your head right now~]

[Flash Goddess: Nyaha~ She got an empty notebook and an item that she already purchased from the store~]

[Devilish Student Council President: I take it from what Jasmine said, you got something good?]

[Flash Goddess: 5x Healing Elixirs and The full Primordial White Tiger Bloodline from Jasmine and Qingyue's world~]

[Anbu Cat: Bloodline? Is it similar to the bloodlines from my world?]

[Heavenly Slaughter Star God(Admin): No, from what I can tell about your world's bloodline limits, they are a form of mutation that runs through family lines.]

[Heavenly Slaughter Star God(Admin): The bloodline that the Stupid Cat got is the actual bloodline of a True God that holds their latent abilities, like how the Phoenix or Golden Crow has their flames.]

[Heavenly Slaughter Star God(Admin): The White Tiger's bloodline had gone extinct over 1 million years ago, so the only thing I know about it is that it gives the person who possesses it the ability to use White Lightning.]

[Flash Goddess: But I already have a form that uses lightning... Not that I like to use it, but still, I was hoping for something different.]

[Devilish Student Council President: It is only held by Sirzechz Lucifer and Ajuka Beelzebub, who are 2 of the 4 Satans that currently govern the Devils in the Underworld.]

[Heavenly Slaughter Star God(Admin): Hmm, the women in Qingyue's Sect currently use ice arts that end up harming themselves over time.]

[Heavenly Slaughter Star God(Admin): When I return back home I plan to use my reward points to get the Medical knowledge of how to fix the harm they've done, and also learn basic water laws so that I can fix their cultivation technique.]

[Heavenly Slaughter Star God(Admin): You would also have to buy her a world travel ticket to come here to Cultivate because she doesn't have the special body like us to do so in your world.]

[Anbu Cat: Can I also get stronger in this way even though I focus on my sword techniques rather than water/ice arts?]

[Heavenly Slaughter Star God(Admin): Yes, but you might not progress as fast as Sona until you can find a cultivation method that is made for sword users...]

[Heavenly Slaughter Star God(Admin): Actually, there is a place on Qingyue's planet that is full of sword users, we can just go and bul- I mean ask nicely for a sword cultivation method that will work for your sword style.]

[Flash Goddess: Ara, why do I feel like you just wanted a reason to mess with more people Little Princess?]

"Hm? Alright Stupid Cat It's time for me to go home, It's been fun~" Jasmine stopped atop a large office building overlooking the town, taking the cat off her head and looking down at her eyes.

"Nyaha~ It's been fun Little Princess, Lets hope we can do it again soon~" Yoruichi laughed out.

"Mm" Jasmine gave a small smile and placed her friend to the side before selecting to open the portal.

*Ssssssssssst* 

The air in front of Jasmine began to tear and after a few moments the pair were looking into an unending void.

"See you later Yoru-chan~" Jasmine said as she walked inside the tear.

"See ya Little Princess~" The cat waved her little paw at her friends departing back.

Standing within the void, Jasmine found herself surrounded by an endless black abyss, waiting for an exit to appear.

*Kechak!*

Slowly the abyss in front of her breaks apart like a broken mirror to reveal a spatial tunnel, like the ones she used to travel in the Primal Chaos.

Realising that she is home, Jasmine steps out of the spatial tunnel and finds herself within the room she had left from in Asgard.

"Welcome home Jasmine." Qingyue's serene voice greeted her as she arrived.

Jasmine found Qingyue sitting down in a meditative position atop her bed, evidence that she had been cultivating before Jasmine arrived.

"I'm Home~" Jasmine replied with a grin. "Miss me?"

"... No." Qingyue deadpanned, though if you looked closely you could see the faintest of red dusting her cheeks.

"Geh- So mean~" Jasmine cried in faux despair.

"You've changed, it's like something about is supressed in some way." Qingyue ignored Jasmine's antics and stated with curiosity, her unasked question ringing loud.

"Mm, My previous life memories sort of gave me a split personality that was in conflict with the other." Jasmine's smile died down and explained.

"When I formed the Spirit for my Zanpaktou, a piece of my soul that is inside my sword, it took one of the conflicting personalities as a base to form.

It didn't remove these personality traits, but it did make it so the conflict was resolved within my soul."

"I don't quite understand, but it's a good thing right?" Qingyue asked concerned for her new friend.

"Mm, I'm fine now." Jasmine replied with a small smile at seeing the emotions her friend is able to show now. "Though I might be more prone to mess with others more now~"

"... Sigh." Qingyue could only sigh, she thought Jasmine's behaviour was already troublesome enough before.

"What's with that reaction?" Jasmine pouted.

"Nothing, I'm glad that you're okay now Jasmine." Qingyue told her friend with a gentle smile.

The pair continued to talk for an hour about what Jasmine got up to during the first mission and Qingyue could only shake her head at her friends' antics.

"Hey, Jasmine." Qingyue said, breaking the quite they had found themselves in.

"Mm, what is it?" Jasmine asked absent minded.

"Before you left, you told me that you knew possible futures of our worlds." Qingyue's asked with a determined expression upon her face. "What was my future without your interference?"

Hearing Qingyue's question made Jasmine was stunned for a moment before making eye contact with her. 

She could see the desire to know more, out of pure curiosity rather than anything else.

"Are you sure you want to know? It isn't a very nice future..." Jasmine warned, her heart heavy as she hoped this wasn't a bad idea.

"Mm, I want to know how you changed my fate." Qingyue gave a small nod, her eyes burning with a firm resolve.

"I see." Jasmine took a deep breath to collect her thoughts on what to say.

"Without the group chat or my interference you would of gone through with your marriage to Yun Che who was formerly known as Xiao Che, though it was only in name.

You did this to fulfil your family obligations before leaving to join Frozen Cloud Asgard.

On the night after the wedding ceremony I would of appeared somewhere in the hills behind the Xiao Clan Compound poisoned with Absolute God Slaying poison that had been used on me after I had obtained a Creation God's legacy.

I would of been saved by Yun Che with the use of the Sky Poison Pearl, one of the Seven Heavenly Treasures, and lose my physical body in the process.

In return for his help in healing the poison and returning me to a physical body, I would give him the legacy I had obtained and train him.

You would go on to come 2nd place in the Blue Wind Ranking tournament, losing to your husband Yun Che in the finals due to his heaven defying encounters that someone born on this planet couldn't compete with.

During this tournament someone would notice your special physique and sell information to someone from the Sun and Moon Divine Hall, one of the Sacred Grounds that focuses on Dual Cultivation.

Your special physique can be shared with the first person to take your virginity, making you a coveted resource to those who use such methods.

This brings a calamity to Frozen Cloud Asgard and results in the death of the current Sect Mistress.

In a secret room within the Sect where the original instructions for the Frozen End Divine Arts is inscribed on a wall, there is a teleportation array that leads to the Realm of the Gods, though it has no set exit point so it is random.

You take this and wind up in the Moon God Realm where you are found by your step-father and reunited with your mother.

Things are good for a few years for you, until you agree to marry your step-father in place of your mother in a symbolic marriage.

Yun Che learns of this marriage and comes to the Moon God Realm to stop it, revealing you to be his wife in the process.

You decide to leave with Yun Che during the ceremony so that your step-father can act as if he didn't know.

You stayed with Yun Che for a time until you were found by Qianye Ying'er and her assistant who inflict Yun Che with a nearly incurable death mark.

You bring Yun Che to get cured by the Dragon Princess and then leave him there, burning your marriage certificate and ending your marriage.

Due to reasons of the past, I killed the Moon God Emperor, your step-father, and with his death your mother decided to follow him in suicide.

This changed you for the worst, you became ruthless, and in a short time you became the new Moon God Emperor.

In time Yun Che reveals something that is taboo in the Realm of the Gods and you set out to kill him to remove the stain on your honour as his ex-wife, though he is saved at the last minute.

This planet, your home world, is exposed and people wanted to use Yun Che's family to draw him out. It worked and he walked into the trap. Here you forced Yun Che to watch as you blew up the Blue Pole Star.

This is what I know of your fate without any intervention."

Jasmine watched on as tears ran down Qingyue's cheeks, first from the happiness of reuniting with her mother, then at the horror at what kind of monster she became to destroy her home planet in such a way.

Jasmine shuffled to Qingyue's side and swiftly pulled her into a comforting hug.

"Shh, It's okay. That isn't you, and it never will be." Jasmine gently rubbed her back as she soothed the crying girl.

"You are already on a different path, and you have all of us to help you, so please don't cry"

*Snif*

"Mm" Qingyue nodded slightly after calming down, her head against Jasmine's chest.

"We'll see your mother in the future, and you wont have to worry about her dying in the future." Jasmine gently spoke. "While I still hold animosity towards the Moon God Realm for the death of my mother and I feel the need to take revenge, It isn't worth it if it will hurt you in the end." 

Qingyue slowly raised her head and they made eye contact, Jasmine could see the surprise in her eyes at what she just revealed.

"I see, I had wondered what made you want to kill that man, but I understand now." Qingyue said with a sad smile.

Jasmine sat with Qingyue hugged to her side in a peaceful quiet for a few minutes.

*Creeaak-*

The door to the room swung open and Chu Yueli walked in, stopping once she caught sight of the pair.

"Is something wrong?" She asked with concern after seeing the redness of Qingyue's eyes.

"No, everything is fine, Qingyue was just a little upset about something I had told her." Jasmine explained with a smile.

"Hm, Okay." Yueli accepted without any further thought. "Where have you been this past week?"

"Around~" Jasmine replied with a sly smile.

Jasmine saw a small smile grace Qingyue's lips at her teasing of Chu Yueli.

"Anyway I'm going to go rest, I haven't slept in a while~" Jasmine stood and strode over to the nearest bed and faceplanted in the comfortable pillows.

"..."

"..."

Chu Yueli and Qingyue were speechless at Jasmine's actions.

'I'll deal with the Sect's issues tomorrow...' Jasmine thought as she drifted off to sleep.
