Moon and Betrayal(Part-02)

"So, you've decided to show yourself, Aarti." General Ranjit said in a hoarse tone.

"So, what do you want from me? I was just busy you know." Aarti spoke as she sat in the next seat of the general.

"Why didn't you join today's meeting? It was important, right?" He asked.

"Who cares. As if, the king himself would listen to our suggestions." Aarti replied with an irritating tone.

"Well, you're right. *Cough." General Ranjit sighed while coughing.

"So, what do you want?" Aarti asked again.

"I have a report. *Cough." He spoke with a smirk.

"A report?" Aarti tilted her head.

"You're having an affair with...."

*Cough *Cough *Cough

As general Ranjit was about to reveal something, he started coughing. Within a few seconds, he started vomiting bloods.

"What's happening? Cough Cough"

"You see." Finance minister Aarti smirked."These days, you are becoming too sharp and believe me, I don't like it. It doesn't matter whom I am having sex with. I am here to rule and those who dare to challenge me, will die."

"What do... You mean?"

*Cough *Cough

The general couldn't believe in his eyes. Right now, finance minister Aarti looked like a pure evil. She smiles like a devil.

On the other hand, his coughing isn't stopping. He began to vomit more and more bloods.

"Hey, what did you mix in my drink you bastard." Ranjit Singh roared while grabbing the bartender's neck.

"Hehehe, you've already fucked up, you old geezer. Cough Cough.... I have mixed devil's breath in your drink. It can kill even a baron ranked person within a few minutes. You've fucked up, old man." The bartender had an evil smile on his face.

"Why did ....you do that? What have I done to you guys? Aarti? I loved you as my own grandchild."

General Ranjit Singh started to lose his strength. He started to become more and more weak. His coughing isn't stopping and his condition is getting worse.

"Your own grandchild? Don't make me laugh. You always treated me like a whore. Do you remember the first time I visited the royal palace? That bastard crown prince raped me in front of you and you didn't even tried to save me. I still remember that day like it was only a few days ago. You even joined with him and raped me. Hahahaha, that's how you treat your grandchild, huh? Throughout my life, no one ever loved me. They only wanted my body. I was betrayed by everyone. My brother betrayed me. Everyone has betrayed me. I was raped by you filthy creature again and again. That's when I understand. If I have to live, I have to choose only one path. Either live a life of a whore and let everyone use me or  live as a lion and rule over everyone. I have chosen the second option. From now on, I will destroy the Chandra Kingdom and rule this Kingdom from shadow. I will become a heavenly queen. I will decide who lives and who dies." Finance minister Aarti yelled in rage.

"You bitch, I won't let you... I will kill you with me." General Ranjit roared and grabbed Aarti's neck.

He was powerless. Yet, he tried to kill Aarti.

*Vomit

The moment he was about to finish Aarti, a sharp knife pierced through his heart. He started to vomit blood. Blood started coming out of his body. He understands that he won't be able to live anymore. He lost his strength and fell into the ground.

He looked at the face that had killed him. There was blood in Aarti's face. She was holding a sharp knife. She licked the blood from the knife and muttered,"Oh my. Looks like a thousand year old geezer just died. What would Chandra Kingdom do now as their sole protector just died. I might have become someone insane. I just killed a powerful general. How sad."

She was laughing like crazy. It's as if she was planning this for years. Ranjit Singh couldn't say any words and died on the spot.

"Looks like he died." The bartender broke the silence.

"Yeah. My revenge just started. After this, I will become the true ruler. I should return to the palace. The nightmare has just begun for the king." Aarti smiled."You did a good job here, bartender. You will be rewarded by our new king. As promised, you will become a noble. Also, you should clean this place before someone comes."

"As you wish, our new queen." The bartender bowed.

Aarti smiled and left the room.

In the Royal palace, the king was having fun with a maid in his room. He was too rough today. Even though he is really old and can't satisfy a woman. He still likes to feel touching a woman all over her body and tries to enter his old cock inside her.

"Your majesty, you seem to be extra rough today." The maid spoke.

"I am just frustrated. I can't even trust my own family anymore. There's still a possibility that my second son is still alive. But knowing him, he will definitely try to betray me and lick that Serene bitch's feet. On the other hand, my grandson is secretly trying to betray me. I am not sure, but it's said that finance minister Aarti is planning to rebel against me and I am sure that my grandson is the one who is secretly trying to overtake me." He replied in frustration.

"Why don't you just kill her majesty?" The maid asked.

"Well, I don't really have any solid proof. So, I can't just kill her. Well, it's only a matter of time. I will fucking kill that bitch." The king said in rage.

"Is that so?" The maid muttered.

The next moment, a sharp knife pierced through the king's chest. Blood started to come out of his body. King was totally astonished by her sudden action.

"You... Why?" King Virendra asked in surprise.

"Sorry, your majesty. I serve the real king and I know that His highness is the real king. You've gotten really old and you should just simply die." The maid smirked.

She got up. Her naked body can be seen. She didn't bothered to wear any clothes. She just picked her clothes and said,"Goodbye, my lord. See you in hell."

That was the moment, King Virendra finally breathe his last breath.

Later in the future, historian would describe this assassination as the end of the Chandra Kingdom. It will be referred to The Great Betrayal.

With this Betrayal, Chandra Kingdom was officially disappeared from the map of the world. Which also lead some major events in this Nexus World.
