Path to Strength

This is the first book I am posting on this platform, so I ask for patience. My native language is not English, and I am not ashamed to say that I am using the so-called "Best Translator in the World" to help me with this work (DeepL translator). I was really trying to find fanfics that take place in the worlds of Baki, Kengan Ashura or the like, and although I found them, I only came across ones where the character gets supernatural powers that put him above any fighter from these worlds, and that frustrated me. A man needs to see two people fighting using their fists entirely, rather than creating interdimensional portals or something of that sort. So don't expect these kinds of powers here, because here there will just be the old way of solving problems. ---------------------------------------------------- It was a normal day for Yuji, going to school, then to the gym he was attending and finally home. A monotonous, but pleasant routine. There was no cause for pride, much less shame, so for the teenager that was enough. As always, everything was going as it should. That was until the moment when, looking in the mirror, the boy's whole perspective seemed to change. Facing someone who looked like him, but at the same time, was not him, Yuji sees himself in a similar world, but which is certainly not his. Crossover world of animes, including Tokyo Revengers, Baki, Kengan Ashura, Holyland, Hajime no Ippo and others that can easily be included in FF if readers have ideas.

As Yuji watched the arrival of new faces on the battlefield, he couldn't help but reflect on the Workers' situation.

Burn Knuckles, Vasco, Zack Lee and Daniel had already made their entrances and proceeded to completely destroy the main wrestlers. He hadn't expected any of these figures to be there, and although he didn't know them, he knew their names after doing some research on the four major crews.

But he didn't worry about them, after all, their goals were apparently aligned at that moment.

The fall of the Workers.

Help was certainly welcome, after all, it was less work for him.

"You're even better than the rumors."

Blinking as he heard a voice, Yuji turned to see Eugene standing in front of him, the leader of the Workers clearly nervous about the boy's presence.

"It's a shame-"

Boom!

But while Eugene seemed to want to talk, Yuji was unwilling to listen, punching him and knocking him to the ground, resting his foot on his head while pressing his face into the ground hard enough to prevent him from fainting.

"Pay close attention."

Grabbing him by the collar, Yuji lifted the Workers' leader until he could look him in the face, the blood from Eugene's face staining the entire floor beneath his feet.

"I don't know how your relationship with Charles Choi is, and frankly, I don't care."

Striking him on the nose with a blow, Eugene, who was almost unconscious, immediately woke up from the pain.

"Whether you're his enemies or not makes no difference. I found out some interesting things about his group while I was in the country, and they didn't please me.

What Charles Choi did only serves as a pretext for me to destroy you and him."

Throwing Eugene away, he rolled across the floor until he finally hit a wall, his breathing becoming heavy as he struggled to look up.

"Besides, you remind me of someone who really annoyed me in the past. I don't want to make the same mistake of leaving you wandering around."

Eugene, seeing Yuji getting closer and closer, widened his eyes in terror.

Any hope of victory was gone. Yuji Shinakawa looked like he wouldn't join them, and was determined to destroy Charles Choi on his own.

Eugene was lost. What was he supposed to do? No... Was there anything he could do in this situation?

Looking around, seeing how his companions were being completely dominated, Eugene bit his lip.

No, there was nothing more to be done. The Workers would fall today, and Eugene had no plan to stop it...

It was the end, the end he had been unable to foresee.

"It seems to me that things aren't going as well as I'd hoped."

Making Yuji stop and Eugene's eyes widen, everyone's attention turned to the entrance to the street as a new voice sounded throughout the place, the confrontation coming to a complete halt as a new presence began to appear on the scene.

"I thought I wouldn't have that much fun, but it looks like someone I've been looking for for a while is here."

Yuji raised his eyebrows, turning to see a man walking slowly down the street, his face covered by an umbrella.

"What a pleasant surprise."

Stopping in front of Yuji, the figure put his umbrella aside, finally revealing his identity.

Gun Park had arrived on the battlefield.

"Yuji Shinakawa!"

Gun cracked a toothy grin, Yuji returning his own small smile as their aura exploded throughout the venue, intimidating most of the fighters around.

"To think I'd find Charles Choi's puppy around here." Yuji scoffed at Gun's presence, starting to snap his fingers. "That makes it easier for me."

Gun, with the cigarette in his hands being extinguished by the rain, threw it away while snapping his own fingers in anticipation.

"Because you're going to take me straight to your boss, puppy."

Boom!

Blocking a punch with his forearm, Yuji immediately countered with his own attack, Gun dodging as he jumped back.

"Show me, Yuji!"

Advancing towards the boy, Gun grabbed his wrist and pulled his arm back, a toothy grin on his lips.

"How far you've come!"

!

But just as Gun was about to attack, Yuji simply broke free of his grip and grabbed his jaw, smashing him to the ground in a scene that Gun remembered all too well.

"Show?" Increasing the grip on his jaw, Yuji raised his eyebrow in confusion. "I think you should do that.

After all, if I remember correctly, you were the one who got beaten up."

Blocking a knee, Yuji ducked to escape a kick, his eyes widening as Gun appeared in front of him in the blink of an eye.

Being hit by a powerful punch, Yuji jumped back and immediately blocked a flying kick, his body being pushed back by the power of the attack.

"What?!" Gun, launching a flurry of attacks, forced Yuji to raise his defense. "I thought you'd be stronger than that!"

Grabbing Yuji by the hair, Gun pulled him in for a knee strike, a clean blow that hit the boy full on, making him choke.

"What happened? Have you stopped training for the last year?"

Having his head thrown back by a powerful punch, blood flew from Yuji's mouth, but before he could recover, he was surprised to find himself upside down, his body spun around by a single movement from Gun.

Boom!

Being hit by a kick, Yuji flew away, falling backwards onto the ground and immediately getting up.

But without letting him recover, Gun exploded towards him and attacked once again, his punch flying into the younger fighter's face like a bullet.

!

"You've gotten stronger, Gun. Much stronger."

Surprising the one known as Shiro Oni, Yuji held his fist with relative ease, preventing him from hitting him.

"But I'm simply on a different level."

With a single movement, Gun found himself upside down in mid-air, his mind reacting too late when a kick landed on his face, his body flying backwards until it hit the ground.

Getting up quickly, Gun raised his arms to block a punch, but he was startled when the attack broke through his defense and hit him directly in the jaw.

Staggering backwards, he tried to counterattack with a spinning elbow.

Boom!

But Yuji ignored this by blocking him and hitting his ribs with a powerful knee, blood being expelled from his throat.

"You're talented, Gun."

Holding him by the neck, Yuji hit his foot hard enough to crush his bones, which made Charles Choi's bodyguard clench his teeth in pain.

"But the lack of truly dangerous opponents is what causes you, who can match me physically, to lose."

Smashing Gun's face into the ground, Yuji released him, standing over his body.

"Unlike you, I fought back-to-back with opponents who could easily destroy me, and I beat them.

And I'll keep doing it, until I can sit comfortably at the top. That's what makes us different."

Passing by his body, Yuji simply continued on his way towards Eugene while wiping the blood dripping from his nose.

"Now, back to what I was about to do."

Boom!

But, catching the boy off guard, Yuji immediately raised his arms to block a baton that hit him hard enough to push him backwards, his eyes narrowing.

"Chains?"

Yuji muttered when he felt something strange when he was hit.

"Damn, looks like things aren't going well around here."

Turning to face the man responsible for attacking him, Yuji saw a young blond man staring at him with a determined smile.

"But don't worry, because Kagiroi has arrived."

Kuroda Ryuhei was on the battlefield.
