Tensen is a guy who thought he was lucky to be transmigrated, only to realize his cheat didn't empower him in any way. Instead, it made him the physically weakest man in the world. A man with silky smooth black hair stood dumbfounded as he stared at the glowing green rock on the ground in front of him. The man was extraordinarily handsome, even more so now that he had awakened a special ability called a stand from the JoJo universe. Yes, this man's name was Tensen Low and he had just transmigrated into this body a few minutes beforehand after the owner died of a heart attack.
Of course, since he transmigrated he expected to receive his cheat that every transmigrated individual should receive when they do. And he wasn't disappointed! A stand arrow pierced him only a few minutes after he arrived, causing him to awaken a personal stand! It's just, Tensen never expected that a stand born from his soul would end up so weak. He stared at the unmoving glowing green rock which was his stand on the road before him and read the stats in his mind.

"Hey, why is that man crying and holding that glowing rock?"
"Ah, that man is so lucky. I wish my hair was like his."
"Does he need help?"
The sounds of passersby commented as Tensen cried dramatically.
