A few moments later, James's eyes focused on a woman figure standing in front of him, holding the blade to his neck.
"Scarlett," James whispered to himself.
"Who is it? Why are you here?" A voice snapped demonically.
"It's me, James," James said slowly.
"What are you doing here?" The voice said.
"I want to talk. Please, Scarlett." James said.
Scarlett came out from the shadows and removed the knife from James's neck.
"Sorry, I've just been on edge." Scarlett shrugged.
