Ch1 Prologue

I had never been anything special in my life and I never wanted to be special.

I am just a loner who didn't seek anything in my life. Yeah, I too want to be rich and all but I know I couldn't make it with my skills. So I accepted my fate.

My name is Arthur. And I am 36 years old now and living in a one-bedroom flat. if anyone describes my room, it is a total garage

You can see that messy clothes all around my room. And manga books all across the room like they are just through away. My lazy ass couldn't even clean my room.

When did I last clean my room again? Maybe a month ago, umm maybe more than that but it is not an important matter now, the important matter is how I ended up here

U see like every middle-class student I wanted to study hard and get a normal job and live a happy life.

But it is not that easy, I was completely bad at studies and an antisocial person.

You see I have trouble, communicating with people. Let me give an example.

Co-worker: why are you always so quiet?

Me:why do you talk so much?

And he never talked to me again.

'That's how bad it was'.

After my graduation, I couldn't find a job because of my low grades, so I ended up doing a part-time job at a local restaurant.

U see life is not as easy as it seems, there is no one to support me so I was addicted to video games and anime. I

After that I started reading mangas and novels, when I do this shit I don't care about anything in my life. I just involve myself in the story and forget about reality.

U think I am a nerd right, well u are right I don't have anything to do so I became a nerd. And I don't anything in my life.

Don't have a girlfriend

Don't have a family (did I say that I was an orphan? )I guess not!

Don't have friends

I lost my job!

Yea, last month I lost my job and now I was starving for the last 4 days, to forget my hunger I am reading a novel which I found on the internet, its name is 'World of Power'

(u think I should find a job right I did try but couldn't get one)

So, coming to the novel was about dungeons and hunters

Where powerful people rule over the world(yea same old cringe)

But this novel was crazy, there isn't a single thing that made me happy. Everything in this novel was a tragedy.

And Mc who came from a poor family was born super talented and gets a system which makes him super powerful and gets all super hot girls

And that doesn't long last and all his harem died while fighting with demons and that makes him become more powerful and kill all the demons

At last, half of the world was destroyed and the remaining was saved by the mc from the demon king.

After completing the novel I went out for some air.

When I was passing by the road I have seen a couple and a baby boy. They look very happy

If everything went well I would also have a family like that.

I am 36 years now what can I do at this age anyway

Thinking about my past I started crossing the road

I have never been bullied in my school ( u see no one cares or bothers to talk with me)

I also never cared for anyone. because the world is a selfish place and if you are no use to them they do not want you.

And I have too many part-time jobs to take care of, no I didn't think of having friends or a girlfriend

While I am lost in my thoughts I didn't notice a truck approaching me at a great speed.

Before I noticed it. It's already too late ( trucks are not allowed on these roads but too late to think about that )

As usual, my luck being a dog shit! and got hit by a truck.

And I have died

I, who starved for 4 days and had no family or job, was not so bothered to die.

"All I have is regret"

And I can't do anything about it now. (can I? Nope!)

So I accepted my death.

That's what I thought ...
