I want to reach out; engulfed you in a warm, comforting hug without uttering a single word 'coz it's not what you really need to soothe your breaking soul.

I couldn't though. I'm just a mere stranger.

And it's not like you'd let me to. Even them.

I want to show and make you feel that I'm here — that I exist — silently looking out for you 'coz you have already given up the thought that someone out there could understand your grim prospects in life and how you ended up with such conclusions.

I do though. Spare me a glance, please?

I badly wanted to be your light; be the torch in your dark path, but even I knows that I'm also a dwindling fire of candle in a lamp.

I'm no good. So, who am I to wish for such things if I'm also in need of saving?

So please do me a favor. Take a good care of yourself. Negativities eat away the life you have ahead. Be strong 'coz it's always yourself you can rely on at the end. Be mature enough to accept that life isn't just painted with gray, black and white. Open your eyes. Look around. Live.
