A consciousness floated in the void. Devoid of emotion, only having some memories.

"But why don't i feel any emotions?"

A mighty voice suddenly boomed through the void.

"Because emotions are connected with

your body and hormones and stuff that your body releases, but that aside, i came to grant you a couple of wishes according to your karma.

So what do you want for your reincarnation?"

'So i will be reincarnated' the not-anymore-so-lone consciousness thought.

"In what world will i be reincarnated?"

"A cultivation world"

"Then i want an anime system, and immortality."

"I can't give you an anime system. Anime systems are way too op and your karma is to low. The same goes for the Immortality"

"So can i have a dragonball system?"

"Your karma is too low. The best i can offer you is the naruto system."

A golden Light flashed and he was gone.

On the Grand Sun continent, a 14 year old boy lay on the ground. The boy suddenly opened his eyes and remembered his encounter with god.

'Wait i am younger! And i didn't reincarnate but i transmigrated! Thats a surprise!'

He accesed the memories of the previous body owner and found out that his name was Zhao Li. He was the last of the Zhao Clan and died while escaping into the forest. 'What a tragic past, but that shouldn't concern me.' he thought. At this moment he didn't knew, that this would very well concern him.

Happy with his new Bloodline he now looked at the Academy training manuals and started to train his body and chakra according to it. In the item shop he bought a couple kunai, shuriken and food pills.He even bought the Konoha anbu clothing(without mask). He then trained till the evening.

When he cycled his chakra through the paper, he just wanted lightning as one of his elements. 'All badass anime chrakters can use lightning, so I want to be one of them' he thought.

The chakra paper split in two. One Part burned, while the other part crumbled.

'I don't have lightning' he sadly thought.

'Now i don't have the chance to become a badass charakter'

He then finally looked in to the mission tab.

He then set up a training schedule and bought the academy level jutsu and a couple of flame and earth style jutsu.

-Two weeks later-

Li was buffed(compared to before).

He even occasionaly hunted some qi gathering monster to gain points.

He also finally activazed his sharingan with 2 tomoe in both eyes. Running up trees and walking on water was easy for him. It was almost heaven-defying, what a good amount of training and a super op system can do.
