A girl, falls from the sky, with an abnormal ability to heal others’ is protected by a middle-aged couple who are unable to have children of their own. Healing magic has been outlawed by the current ruling family of Vannoir due to a tragic accident 200 years ago where Queen Peony of the doting King Iliad succumbed to illness during childbirth leaving him to continue his dynastic legacy on his own through their son Prince Julian. One finds it hard to put it down once they start reading.. it has a fair portion of explicit mature content which may not be good for younger readers.. or anyone who feels uncomfortable with the content..
