Sweet

I was in a hurry to go to the Star hotel. I immediately called my secretary to fix the bathroom. Why is it that everyone is still in trouble?

The hotel lost its food supply. Tonight is the anniversary of the V-club.

But that would not be possible without food and drink; what would guests say?

"Find a supply right away. We need to find it, asap!" I was confused by my secretary's order. He nodded at what I said and immediately left in front of me.

I stared at the whole hall. I got along nicely here. Red carpet, chandelier, tables with five chairs, and also a stage hall. Where the C.E.O is sitting and the Villaurel families.

The lights illuminated the hall, and the chandelier looked like a star because of the light it brought up. So the cloth used for the blue and red chairs and tables shines through the eyes.

"Ma'am, the wine delivery is here."

I turned to one of my female employees, Alera.

"Okay, tell them. They'll take it to the hotel's kitchen room. The waiters will take care of that later."

"Yes, ma'am." I nodded to her then turned in front of me again. This is amazing. I smiled when my hard work and my employees paid off.

"Ma'am, someone is calling you." I turned to my secretary when he suddenly spoke behind me.

She handed me my phone, and I immediately picked it up. "Thank you, Alera. Our food supply."

"Yes, ma'am. I'll take care of it," she replied.

I nodded and lifted the cellphone to my ear.

Cedrick appeared on the other line. I smiled sweetly.

"What more do you need from me, Cedrick Villaurel? I'm busy here at the Star Hotel; I don't want to be disturbed." I greeted with a smile as I stared at the emptiness.

I'm sure he's smiling too now; if only I could see his face.

"I'm a nuisance, sweetie? Sorry, but I need you here in the office now. I'm starving. I want to see you," he said while his voice was hoarse.

"Are you seducing me, Cedrick Villaurel?" I raised an eyebrow at the question. But I am thrilled at these times.

"Nope, why are you pregnant? Mrs. Villaurel?"

I slapped my forehead when I heard him ask me a question. I'm sure he'll laugh at me now.

"No, no effects. Your charisma is still weak to me, Cedrick." I tried to lower my voice so that he would not notice the twitching of my voice.

"Then, go to my office now so I can know that I do not affect you."

His challenge to me shook me.

I'm telling; he will feed my weakness again.

"I'm busy, sweetie. I need to finish the venue today here at the hotel. The event is later. We need to chase the time."

I heard him sigh on the other line. I know, I'm so sad for him again. I know I disappoint him, but I need to finish my job here.

"Okay, what time are you coming home later? I'll pick you up." He said in a cheerful voice. But I know there is a trace of sadness in those words from him.

"About five prime meridians in the afternoon." I just answered his question.

I feel every time he breathes on the other line that he feels sad. In my observation, I can feel my heart pounding and hurting in this situation.

"Alright, wait for me there. I'll pick you up. I love you, sweetie." He didn't wait for me to answer him, because he had already hung up the phone.

I just stared at the emptiness and smiled bitterly.

Should I do this? Can I put up with my husband?

I was shaken when I realised I could not. So I immediately called Alera, she quickly complied.

"Take my bag inside, Alera. I'm leaving.

Her forehead furrowed because of what I said.

"Yes? Why ma'am? We're not done here yet, ma'am."

"I'm just going somewhere, it'; instant; you take care of it first. You can probably do it, can't you? I'll just come back here this afternoon. Can I count on you?"

"Well, of course, ma'am. All right, I'll take your bag inside the guest room first," she said, then quickly left in front of me.

I smiled. I have time for my husband.

When Alera returned, I took my bag from her and said goodbye.

She nodded and smiled at me in response.

I quickly got in my car while the smile on my face didn't fade.

I could see the look of Cedrick as he looked at me with the extent of his smile. I rolled my eyes again.

Wait for me, sweetie. I'm going to you, wait for my seduction.
