"Aish, Den! You didn't have to do that!" Jess's voice echoed with frustration.

Others shared the sentiment, secretly enjoying Demitas' reactions and wanting the show to go on.

"What else did you expect me to do? Let him escape?" Den retorted, gesturing towards the direction Demitas had been heading.

Silence settled over the group as they understood the necessity of Den's action. Yet, Jess couldn't let go of the argument.

"With your strength, I'm sure you could have subdued him without knocking him out," Jess persisted.

Den couldn't help but smirk at the compliment. "Thank you for that, haha."

"Ugh! You're missing the point!" Jess groaned, nearly tearing his hair out in frustration.
