Their Story

Gwi and Siera didn't hear any sound that signaled a call for the monster. The two looked at the monster in confusion. Siera stood tight-lipped while Gwi watched the two from his down position on the ground. The monster suddenly ran away from the two to come for the call signal he was hearing before.

The princess was still confused, but she decided not to chase after the monster or stay in this place. She ran quickly towards Gwi and checked his condition. The pale-faced teenager had lost a lot of blood, he was still conscious but his body was too weak to move. Siera immediately raised the young man's hand and wrapped it around her neck.

The little princess face difficulity to carry the werewolf's body and help him to stand up. She dragged the young man to find a safer shelter if only the monster had attacked again. They walked through the forest and looked for a place to hide. There was sweat on the princess' delicate forehead as she tried to carry the werewolf's body with her. Gwi looked at Siera's face which began to appear blurry in his eyes and watched her expression.

"Just leave me here... It would be easier for you," said the werewolf using his last remaining energy.

"Don't be funny" insisted the girl briefly with a breathless breath.

The werewolf had shown his thin smile and felt that the circumstances he was facing at the moment were quite funny. Every human being he encounters and knows his true form will run scared or attack him. But this little girl didn't show any fear and instead she helped him. It's true that this girl had tried to attack him when in her first encounter with the werewolf, but now the fact that she was trying to help the werewolf she had previously attacked was kinda funny for Gwi. It astonished him.

Siera finally finds a cave that seems safe to serve as a hiding place with Gwi. The girl immediately entered the cave and rested the werewolf's body on the cave wall. She examined the wounds on his body and frowned. The injuries are pretty severe.

Siera opened the inside of her clean shirt and ripped it off. She immediately bandaged the wounds on Gwi's chest and neck tightly to stop his bleeding. Gwi was only able to see the little girl with his eyes, he lost a lot of blood and might soon lose consciousness but he tried his hardest not to close his round eyes.

After confirming that Gwi's wound had been tightly sealed, Siera immediately stood up and headed out of the Cave. Gwi looked at the girl's back until he finally fell asleep, no longer able to hold his eyes not to closed.

The princess searched around the forest of medicinal plants that she was able to use as Gwi's wound healing. After she found a sufficient amount of medicinal plants, she immediately returned to the Cave and saw that the man was asleep. Siera helped to put the werewolf's body to sleep in a more comfortable position and immediately treated the wound. After she completed the treatment for Gwi, the princess immediately made a campfire to warm herself and the werewolf.

Gwi opened his eyes when the sun was stand tall on the sky, he found little girl Siera looking at him intently beside his body.

"You're finally awake," said the little girl with a flat face.

Gwi tries to sit up, he discovers that his wound has been perfectly encased and the blood has stopped flowing from his wound. He knew that this girl was using medicinal plants to heal his wounds. Gwi smiled realizing everything.

"For the size of a little girl like you, you do know lots of things," praised the werewolf to the little girl. It seemed obvious that this girl was much younger than him who was then in his mid-thirties.

"Don't underestimate me" Siera chimed in on Gwi's words. The werewolf smiled faintly and thanked her for treating his wound.

"You could have left me there, aren't you afraid of werewolves like me?" asked Gwi curiously. The princess shook her head slowly.

"There's nothing I'm afraid of," she said flatly.

"Well... That's a clear evident from yesterday's incident. How could a little girl like you go into the deepest forest alone in the middle of the night? It was so dangereous," the werewolf shook his head. Siera didn't answer and was silent.

"Do you know what creature attacked us yesterday?" asked Siera to the teenage boy. It seemed like he had lived in this forest for a long time, it was possible that he knew something.

"not... This is the first time I've ever seen its. The death of the mystical creatures had indeed happened some time ago and I began to take a suspect... I didn't expect that the monster was the culprit." replied Gwi explaining the situation in the forest. As long as he was in the forest Gwi did hunt other animals to survive. Yet he had never touched any mystical creatures in this Forest.

" What's your name?" asked Gwi later.

"Siera," replied the princess briefly.

"Siera...." Gwi repeats the girl's name slowly, trying to interpret each letter so that he would never forgets the name of the little girl who saved his life.

"I'm Gwi..." The werewolf introduced himself. The little girl just nodded.

"Gwi" called her briefly to the werewolf. The girl didn't show any expression.

Little Siera's expression when she first called his name was always remembered by Gwi. Actually the werewolf remembered everything about the girl, ever since she was a little girl. He also remembered Siera's face growing up when she called out his name, and the look on Siera's adult face and her soft voice when she called that name. The voice and shadow of Siera's face always flashed in the minds of the werewolf and stored neatly in his heart.

"Gwi..." Siera's voice echoed in the air. There was only a white light that filled the werewolf's eyes.

"Gwi..." The princess' voice called out to him again.

Gwi began to open his eyes, he saw the ceiling of a cave that began to be clearly visible in his sight. The man turned to the side and found the earth girl Dan Oh was treating his wound with the power of a mondwat crystal. The girl's face was being illuminated by the dim light from the bonfire they lit. Dan Oh raised her face and saw that the werewolf had been conscious of his fainting for the past few days.

"Oh commander Gwi? Are you awake?" asked the little girl to the werewolf with a worried face. Gwi was unable to give his response when the girl then called all the members of her entourage and informed them about the werewolf whose being conscious.

Instantly the cave room was filled with four other people who joined in and saw Gwi's state. Dan Oh just helped the commander-in-chief to sit up from his sleeping position. All of his comrades seemed happy that he had regained consciousness, but the werewolf was only focused on looking at the princess who saw him with an expressionless face.

"Gwi..." called Siera soudly. Gwi smiled meaningfully. The girl always called him with the same tone and expression, she never even once ever changed.

Gwi immediately stood up from his position and walked towards Siera. The loyal commander stopped a few steps before the princess he had served for a long time and knelt like a knight. He lowered his head and placed his right hand on the knee of his leg.

" Forgive me for making everyone worried, I should be able to be stronger in protecting you princess," said the commander-in-chief showing his loyalty.

"You have to be strong, it's True but don't sacrifice your life for someone else so easily like that . Your life is also precious, stand up now..." Said the princess in a soft voice. Gwi raised his face and observed the princess who had such a slight expression.

He stood up as the princess had ordered and smiled before her. Siera showed a thin knot of smiles in respons.

"Commander.... You really worries me!" Ryu immediately put his hand on the commander's shoulder while whining. His attitude instantly made Gwi feel sultry. The werewolf immediately released Ryu's hand and moved away from him with a sulky face.

The attitude of the two invited laughter from the other group members. Gwi also smiled happily because he was able to rejoin his entourage. Once again, the werewolf looked towards the princess and emitted the warmth gazes from his eyes. The werewolf had long loved the princess he always served.
