Her Lover

On the other side near the gate, just after witnessing the destruction of the black tower, Cheol's troops immediately ran towards the stairs and were about to inspect the state of the tower. They felt very panicked because the tower they were supposed to be guarding well had been destroyed by now. The sound of their footsteps caught the attention of Woon and Dan Oh who almost forgot about the surroundings.

The Cheol monsters quickly ran up the stairs in a hurry. But they had not yet reached the top of the stairs when suddenly the head of the Cheol monster who was in the front row had been slashed by prince Woon's sword.

Woon and Dan Oh emerge from behind the stairs and ambush the Cheol's troops. They fought on the steps with Cheol's troops queuing below. Cheol monsters that were on the stairs fell one by one due to the slash of Woon's sword and Dan Oh's arrow attacks.

"Jlebb!!" Woon stabbed the last Cheol monster hardly that was under the stairs. The two soon reunited with the royal army and were greeted by Siera.

"Good job Woon, Dan Oh..." The princess smiled with satisfaction at the two of them.

Key's huge boomerang was slashing the cheol monster that was left only a few in the palace. The six of them had defeated the entire Cheol troops at the Dam palace and destroyed the black tower of Binju in the kingdom.

"Chaaaa... The first mission is completed!" said Dan Oh excitedly as she walked towards Siera, Key, Ryu and Gwi.

The Earth girl invited her colleagues to do the high five alternately with the four. Key and Ryu have gotten used to doing high five with Dan Oh. Unlike Siera and Gwi who seemed still stiff about it. Although the princess accepts Dan Oh's high five awkwardly, Siera appears to smile when doing so. This caught Gwi's attention and made the werewolf smile happily. He walked towards the princess while raising one of his hands.

"high five!" said the bodyguard offering his hand to the princess.

Siera laughed softly of being amused by Gwi's behavior who still put on a serious face when asking her to do the high five. The princess raised her hand and patted Gwi's palm. Somehow there was a push that made the man grasp the princess' hand before she pulled her hand back. The smile on the woman's face instantly disappeared and was replaced with a serious expression.

"Ah... I'm appologize..." Gwi immediately released the princess's hand and bowed his body to pay his respects to the princess.

"Good job princess Dan Oh!" Ryu said to the high school girl with a big smile.

"cchh, stop calling me princess!!" Dan Oh felt annoyed again and immediately hit the arm of the bodyguard hardly who constantly teased her. Ryu immediately reacted and rubbed his aching arm with a grimacing face.

"You guys did an amazing job too," Dan Oh said then stroked Ryu's arm that she had hit.

"Good work everyone, now we have to get ready for the next mission" said Woon appreciated every hard work from the members of his entourage. They all just nodded steadily and heading back into the forest towards the West.

"Eun Dan Oh..." Call prince Woon slowly when the other four comrades have walked ahead of them first. Dan Oh stopped her steps and turned towards the prince.

"huh?" the girl turned her body around and looked at Woon intently. The prince seemed reluctant to speak and rubbed the nape of his neck for several times.

"I... Emm... Thank you for saving my soul in the ghost forest back then...". Prince Woon recalled what happened to him in the ghost forest before.

"aaah.... Tidak apa-apa... Tidak masalah, kita kan teman satu tim" ucap Dan Oh sambil tersenyum tulus. Woon ikut tersenyum melihat ketulusan gadis itu.

"aaah.... Never mind... It doesn't matter, we're teammates," Dan Oh said with a heartfelt smile. Woon smiled at the girl's sincerity.

"But... Dan Oh..." Prince Woon hesitated to continue his sentence. Dan Oh was unable to hide her confused expression after seeing the prince's doubts.

"Why... You...." Woon continued for being reluctant.

The prince fell silent then looked straight at Dan Oh. He seemed doubtful and was weighing things carefully. Seeing how hesitant Woon is to discuss the topic somehow makes Dan Oh recall the moment that happened in the ghost forest. She remembered what she had done to the prince..... When she kissed him. Dan Oh's instantly silenced her lips and averted her gaze away.

"m.. Me?? What about me? Prince Woon?" said Dan Oh in a flat tone and tried to hide her awkwardness.

"Ah no... Nothing..." Woon ended the topic with a stiff smile. Dan Oh fell silent again and looked at Woon with a flat face.

"All right then... Let's continue the Journey now" said Dan Oh in a flat tone then turned her body approaching the rest of the group.

Woon just fell silent and not moving from his position. He looked at Dan Oh's back which was increasingly walking away from him. Somehow he didn't like the sensation of feeling he felt every time he saw the girl's back that left him.

"Why are you crying?" muttered Prince Woon slowly without turning his eyes fron the girl. Woon let out a long sigh then walked and following Dan Oh's footsteps to followed his entourage.

"What take you so long?" asked Ryu protesting to Dan Oh and Woon when they saw the two walking towards them.

They had summoned each other's white wolves and had climbed on their wolf's back while Gwi had changed his form to a werewolf. The four men were ready to continue their journey all along

"Sorry..." Dan Oh said briefly. The girl no longer seemed excited now. Somehow recalling what happened in the forest made her spirit become dimed.

Dan Oh took off her bracelet which then turned instantly into a trumpet shell and called out her wolf. After the wolf emerged from the empty air, Dan Oh immediately boarded her wolf silently. Without she realizing that something was falling from the backpack that was on her back.

Woon walked over and picked up the picture paper that had fallen from Dan Oh's backpack. On the paper was a picture of Dan Oh with a tall and handsome man kissing the girl's cheek. While Dan Oh's facial expression seemed surprised to receive a kiss from the man. It was a polaroid photo of Dan Oh along with Baek Kyung.

"is this.... Yours?" asked the prince as he handed Dan Oh a piece of photograph.

The girl turned her head and took the photo from Woon. Her pupils widened slightly as she was surprised to see the photo he was carrying. She almost forgot that all of this time she always carried the photo in her backpack. She looks at Baek Kyung's face closely.

"Kyung-ah" she reflexively calls out the name in a soft tone. There was a sadness that suddenly appeared on her facial expression.

"Who is that man? Your brother?" asked Woon curiously. He felt that the question actually didn't make sense. Did any brother kiss his sister's cheek like that? But he asking her like that anyway because he didn't want to think about any other possibility of the man's identity. Dan Oh looked down then shook her head softly.

"no... He is Baek Kyung, my childhood friend... And also... My lover..." said Dan Oh slowly while looking at the photo she was holding. The girl didn't realize that at that moment prince Woon's expression seemed so surprised when he heard the answer from her.

"... Your lover? "Woon asked doubtfully with a heavy voice. His mouth was complaining and his chest was hurt when he said that. Dan Oh raised hher face and sighed, then nodded softly confirming Woon's question.

"Dan Oh~~~ you have a lover??" asked Ryu curiously and approached Dan Oh by riding his wolf. He looked at the photo Dan Oh was holding and looked at it closely.

"Ooh~~~ he's handsome," Ryu said with his loud fuss.

"Yes, he is indeed my lover..." said Dan Oh with a low flat voice. The girl then spurs her wolf to walk slowly ahead of the others while still holding a photo of herself with Kyung in her hand.
