The Pinili: Heroes of the Two Realms

A long time ago, the entire planet was bathed in a pure light that reached to every nook and cranny. After realizing that humans can’t properly care for His creations, God forged fantastic creatures with supernatural abilities and assigned them the task of safeguarding and maintaining Earth. Because of this, He created darkness. A period in which mystical beings would repair the damage caused by humans on a daily basis. However, many years ago, the magical creatures finally reached their full potential. They can no longer defend and restore what humans have ruined. It can no longer be managed. The effects of global warming on the climate were not believed by humans until after they had already begun to occur. There was a typhoon in the middle of summer; the monsoon was triggered by unusually sunny weather. It is now feared that humanity will not survive until 2030. There is only an 8-year window for humanity to save Earth. The magical creatures will face the same fate. They need the help of other lifeforms if they are to have any chance of saving Earth. In light of the damage spreading from continent to continent, they can no longer handle this on their own. Mahomanay is the goddess of the earth, and she guards all beings of the magical realm. To save their world, she requests permission from the gods and goddesses in the afterlife to call upon the aid of four mortals—The Pinili. Although it was uncertain whether the gods and goddesses could come to an agreement on Mahomanay’s request, the mahika council ultimately decided in her favor. But then there was a night when one of His creations had an epiphany that put all of His creations in grave danger of terror. A goddess abandoned her role as the goddess of death to pursue her goal of uniting the two kinds. However, this union was not the one we pictured. She wanted to wipe out every last human being responsible for the abuse and neglect that had befallen her people. She intends to put an end to their pain and rule over their collective future. However, she couldn’t create such terrible chaos because some of her kind disagree with her. All of creation’s equilibrium would be thrown off, and a bloody herstory would be written as a result. Sidapa means “goddess of death,” and that is the name she goes by. As punishment for her misdeeds, she found herself in the shadowy underworld. However, she has spies and armies working for her in the mystical dimensions, so she will be able to carry out her plans regardless. That is because her husband, the god of sickness, Makaptan, is making sure of it. The mahika council of goddesses and gods—of protection —gathers from every continent on Earth at the first sign of dark forces or users/creatures of dark magic, and deals with the unusual occurrence. The initial reports of seeing Tiyanak were apparently not random occurrences. They think it has nothing to do with either creation’s natural cycle. After further investigation, it was determined that the practitioners of dark magic were responsible for the accelerated rate of climate change. The mahika council has therefore decided to place yet another burden on the shoulders of the chosen. They have a dual mission: prevent the planet from rotting and defeat the evil forces. This battle benefits both realms equally. The onset of night marks the start of a disaster, or even a series of events. And even those who have been singled out for special abilities, such as foresight, would be blindsided by what lies ahead. Sidapa has been released from the dreaded underworld. Everyone who contributed to her being ignored for millennia should now die horrible, horrible death. She’ll let loose the most sinister force possible.

My Sect Only Accepts Ordinary People

Ning Qi is a diligent young man, whose goal is to typically become a 'humble' billionaire so that he doesn't have to worry about anything anymore. But instead of the God of wealth, the God of luck strikes him on the head. He one day suddenly finds himself waking up from 'beloved' sleep with a 'Ding' in his mind. That day he got to know he latched onto the thigh of a powerful 'System' that will assist him on the road of 'Cultivation'. He knows that his peaceful life is about to turn upside down from then on. All his previous aspirations to become a 'Financially free bird', at this moment, felt utterly trashy for him. His current goals shifted to something, which he previously cowered away from the utter helplessness against them. A full future of 'dominance' flashed in front of his eyes and he genuinely felt that his new goals are not too challenging. Ning Qi knows, that he is about to be detached from this 'Ordinary' mortal world and even felt a bit sad about that fact. "System! You are with me on this, right? " He asked, as he geared up for the prosperous future ahead of him. But what Ning Qi doesn't know is the system that binds him doesn't merely require him to become a cultivator. It also wants to turn this entire earth into a cultivation world. As such, Ning Qi doesn't need to worry much about departing from the ordinary world. When he contacts his longtime colleagues or lifelong friends or even someone who he merely met once or twice the next time, he may need to cordially greet them as a "Fellow cultivator." Note: My Book may be a bit slower than what many familiar readers expect from such a system-based novel. And also, I'm not a professional editor... Therefore, if you discover anything that can be modified, please add a specific comment to that paragraph. Much appreciated.
