The Trip!

*Time skip, 5 years later*

"I'm done Aunt May, Bye!" I said after eating and rushed outside.

" Okay, be careful out there!" Aunt May yelled from the kitchen.

"I will! See you later Uncle Ben!" I said heading out towards the bus.

"Sure, take care Peter." Uncle Ben said, looking up from the newspaper.

[Yes, Aunt May, I'm just going to get bit by a radioactive spider. Totally careful~"] Eve said sarcastically in my head, to which I just rolled my eyes hearing this. I reached the ground floor, to see my neighbour waiting for me down there.

"Hey tiger, excited for the trip?" Said the gorgeous redhead in front of me.

"Sure am MJ. Not daily you get to tour a multi-billion dollar corporation." I said smiling at her.

"What happened to the act you were participating in?" I asked, intrigued.

"Oh, I managed to get the role. The act's gonna happen next month. Wanna come to see?" She asked with hope.

"Sure, I would love to" I said with a smile. She beamed up hearing that. We had met when her aunt moved in next door. We hit off pretty well, and she was popular at school. Though, it should be obvious, considering her outgoing personality.

We boarded the bus and saw a blonde girl wearing glasses waving at us. We went and sat beside her.

"Hey, Peter, MJ. Excited?" Gwen asked, barely sitting down due to her excitement. I and MJ chuckle seeing her enthusiasm.

"Yea, I am. Did you talk about the internship?" I asked her.

"Yes, I managed to talk with Doctor Connors. He was impressed and gave me a chance. Though he and Mr. Osborn wanted to meet you as well. He said he and your dad were friends during the university." Gwen said.

"Nah, I'm more interested in programming and mechanics." I said. A complete lie. Eve is the Klyntar predecessor, her insight into genetics is beyond what humans could understand in a thousand years, unless they somehow get access to an celestial ship or something. Even my enhanced brain had reached it's limits. Same for the mechanics and programming. I was able to make a language for my use, and occasionally updating in Java open platform. Other than that, I have plans to buy servers to launch Minecraft, but need a establishment to set a company, since Mojang doesn't exist here.

Other than that, I had made a lot of progress in magic, chi and sorcery. And yes, sorcery. I still remember my first meeting with The Ancient One.

*3rd POV, 2 years ago*

Peter could be seen sitting in his room, with runic arrays, flowing with fire, as he's trying to control it. After a while, he stopped as his mana neared it's limits. He slumped back in his bed, when he heard behind him,

"That was an excellent runic array and control, Mr. Parker. Considering it's been only 2 years since you became an homo-magi." Peter shot up, as eve covered his body in a knight armour. He saw a lady looking at the place where he made the array, without paying any attention to him.

Peter sighed seeing this, and Eve took off the armour he was covered in. "It's nice to meet you too, Ancient One." Peter said, and sat back.

"The pleasure is all mine, you have caused quite a conundrum for me, you know. seeing so many branches pop up in the timeline nearly caused me an heart attack," She said as she conjured a sofa and sat down. She then looked up and pointed towards the table besides Peter and asked, "Tea?"

Peter looked to the side to see a cup, and picked it up without any questions. After a sip, he said "Sooo. what's the occasion??" He said, awkwardly.

The ancient one smiled lightly and said, "Well, since you would have come to me sooner or later, I decided to take the initiative. I have a trade for you. For your information and a vow to protect Earth, I will allow you to learn sorcery and learn fighting and chi under Kamar Taj."

Peter sat in silence thinking about the decision with Eve, then said. "I am fine with it, but I'm not sure everything will be as I know."

"That is bound to happen. I'm fine with it." What followed was a lengthy discussion about what Peter knew about the future. He agreed because the ancient one has the time stone, so his knowledge may help avoid some mistakes. He had learned a while ago about the existence of mutants, inhumans, kree, skrulls, etc. Knowing about the existence of Gladiator and Black bolt was another headache for him.

Other than that, he noticed some differences, like in shield, Hank Pym and Janet Van Dyne work as the duo Antman and Wasp. Though they are under high classification. Same with Black Widow and Hawkeye. Though not in the database, it is possible Hank and Janet actually have a daughter, from looking at the little girl seen occasionally in Pym industries.

The fantastic four exists. Well, not the powered versions yet. They are actually going to space on Peter's 14th birthday, which was something! Except the 5 are like, 18. Another thing he noticed. Mutants are still a controversial topic to all, most labelling them as freaks. Though I found that sad when I used to read the comics, I can somewhat understand now why. Because the amount of people who retain normal appearance after the activation of X-gene are minimal. Most seem to have partial transformations, like a porcupine or armadillo. There was news of a mutant kid getting killed in Britain because seeing his bat like features, they thought he was the descendant of Vampires. Humans are as cruel as they can get. I now really don't blame magneto, he must had seen this happening a lot.

*Peter POV, Present time*

We talked a bit till school, after which be boarded out and went to class to wait for the teacher. I reached the class to see a group on the side around a black haired boy, and my long time friend, Harry Osborn. Well, what can I say, money attracts many. I remember him starting to get jealous when his father constantly tried to praise me when me and the others went to his house for homework or anything else, but I was able to attract his attention towards his mother's work on plant genetics, an boy was he a natural. Norman had to pay attention to help him research on his own, and pay more attention to him. But at the same time, he seems desperate to find a cure for his hereditary disease. And the fact that shareholders are pushing him is also unsettling. He's gonna be the green goblin for sure. Just hope I will somehow deal with it.

I nodded to Harry as greeting, while he did the same. He knew I hated crowds, so we didn't talk much during groups. other than that, Flash tried bullying me but got knocked back. Hard. He tried suing but Gwen had made a video proving it was self defence. What I am glad about is that we aren't fighting over a girl or anything. Harry is in a relationship with Liz, and both had been together for a while, so he doesn't really care about anyone else because of her leash. if not, then he might because.... polygamy is a thing apparently. Not that it stops Stark from sleeping with every reporter.

Anyway, the teacher finally arrived and took us to the lab. I have asked Eve multiple times about the Spider's or the Oz serum, but she just reassures me and doesn't say anything else as it would ruin the surprise. I was a bit annoyed then, but now, I can't help but get excited.

[Told you~] Eve said, sensing my excitement.

'Yes, yes, you did mam' I replied back mentally. We boarded the bus and went towards the Oscorp building. Looking out of the building, I saw many recognizable things go by. Posters of Trask industries- another weapon developing company in competition with Stark. And now, he even seemed to be inspired from his Iron man suit. He announced himself with the famous line , "I am Iron Man", seemed as cool as it did in the theatre. But that was the MCU. The best things close to mutants he faced were the Chitauri, Thor, Loki, or Extremis soldiers. though he probably has no idea about them, or maybe he does, but thinks his suit is invincible.

Besides Trask, the other weapon developers are Hammer, Oscorp, and Aim. though, for some reason, aim's main branch exists in Canada. Same for William Stryker, who is technically an US General. And then comes the ones in medicinal fields. Roxxon and Essex corporation. I have also looked into the X-mansion. Gotta say, dr. McCoy is a genius. But Eve is too good for anything on Earth... well, anything except Essex, still can't find a trace of him. Even in Stryker's database.

Anyway, we have made a base in an abandoned railway tunnel, that stands away from anything. Eve is able to consume any metal and convert it into nanites, and the abandoned shaft was full of rusty rail tracks, making the job easy. The place is my own Spider-cave. In there, I have set-up a training room, similar to the X-mansion. In there, I mostly exert my physical and magical training. Even now, I guarantee I am a lot stronger than Venom and Carnage, even when their hosts were grown up men. And that's just the physical aspect. Constantly using holy magic and chi triggered the SSS making me stronger. After researching our findings, we found that since what mom and dad gave me was a variant of Erskine's formula, it can absorb energy like Captain America was subjected to to Vita-rays. Away from that, I have confirmed the existence of danger, an AI Dr. McCoy accidentally created, rather than Charles getting it from alien queens or something, and she was bloodthirsty and crazy because of neglection. Eve really doesn't like, so we are soon planning to free her and make some changes to her base programming, so she doesn't go Skynet on us.

Away from training, from constant scans from Stryker's lab, and in X-mansion's Dr. McCoy's research, combined with Eve's insight in genetics, we had made many optimized DNA reader and modifiers, to study any gene, and create a necessary solution. The only things missing now is the info about the research departments of SSS. It's not that I need it to do it, with what I know from Eve, I would create it in some time, but I didn't want to spend too much time on it and postponed it. Till now, I have put more effort in studying magic and martial arts.

For martial arts, Eve had gotten the training manuals from the Hydra base, which we combined with Shield's training and the katas and techniques I learnt from Kamar Taj. I mostly trained with Master Mordo and Master Wong. They are actually fun to hang out with once you get to know them. So far, my identity as a disciple is only known by Ancient One, the 3 masters of the sanctums, Master Mordo and Wong. I asked for this as I didn't want Casselius knowing my identity, just in case. Master Mordo was also in the red, but I decided to trust him.

As for the other training from shield or hydra, for that I mostly guided myself with Eve's help in replicating them to it's full affect. As for practice, I used one of Darkness's skills, to create partially sentient creatures. In this case, a humanoid made of nanites and magic. I and Eve made it to replicate normal humans for martial arts, and gamma level mutants for some training, as they were the current limit.( The strengths of mutants:- Gamma< Beta< Alpha< Omega)

In time, the Oscorp building came into view. The tower had 108 floors, with Oscorp written sideways. This used to mainly be a medical research and implementation division, but now is mostly known for weapons. For all his genius, Osborn never saw through his theory of using nanites as a healing agent to repair damaged tissues, because he couldn't get to program them.

We were taken in and shown the entrance, with the guide telling us about it's history, which was about 20 years ago. We visited many rooms, one about affect of different micro-organisms on human heart, and a way to counter heart attack. After that, it were about the titanium alloyed armours for soldiers. I can see it becoming the Goblin armour. After a few trips, we reached a lab showing DNA structures of various lizards, with a one-armed man sitting in the middle. Dr. Curt Connors.
