Chapter 02

"The face of the killer is still unknown. Our team will continue to investigate and force the girl to speak up."

A pair of bronzes that he deliberately set to hear all the news conveyed by one of the policemen behind the rectangular object in front of him. He shrugged his shoulders for a moment before reaching for the phone that had been lying on the table.

"Why hasn't she replied to my messages?" He muttered a little before getting up from the small chair that had supported him for a few minutes.

Feeling uneasy, because the man never got any news from his beloved girl. Tried pressing the call button several times, but to no avail, still no response.

Slowly, a pair of legs stepped into his room, opened the window and looked at several vehicles passing by in front of his house.

There was a feeling of worry that enveloped him, where he never got his girl to be like that. The man with the name Bryan turned to reach for a gift box with a ribbon in the middle.

A little comment on the smile because he didn't think that today was their second anniversary. He had prepared some small gifts for Fara in the box. A large doll is located on a bed with a height that is as slender as his body. Maybe he understood that the girl would hug the doll when she was in a slump.

At least, if Fara didn't want to share the story with him first, then let the doll be a witness and substitute for her when he wasn't there.

"Where are you, honey? Why haven't you answered my calls since this afternoon?" Bryan turned to stare at the cellphone screen with the picture of Fara he had taken while at school.

Reviewing a gentle smile when remembering how the woman was very excited when Bryan suddenly took out a camera from his bag. Invite the lover to take pictures in the school garden which displays a wide expanse of green grass, surrounded by some beautiful plants that spoil the eye.

"Honey, I just want to take pictures here." For a moment, he turned his head, sweeping his gaze across the garden area. Leaving Fara with a happy face waiting for Bryan's answer.

"Okay. But you have to put in a coin so I can take your picture."

Fara glared, she raised one eyebrow while watching how the mischievous smile was created on Bryan's handsome face. "We have to put a coin in to take pictures? What kind of camera is that?" She asked which managed to make Bryan roll his eyes for a moment, after which he chuckled softly before locking Fara's gaze with his twin beads.

The girl knew nothing about such things. She did not come from a rich family with a lot of wealth. Just an ordinary girl and father who has odd jobs with uncertain income every day.

She was lucky to be able to enter a slightly elite school because her brain, Fara was smart, so sometimes Bryan always asked the girl to teach him at his house even though it was just an alibi. The reason is that Bryan sometimes only misses the girl if she is far from him.

At school, Fara will have her own busy life. She has been given the trust to help several student councils who are having trouble taking care of something. Fara can always help with her smart brain, even the student council president has secretly had feelings for her.

Unfortunately, when the tall and handsome man who became the target of the women had to be rejected by Fara. The reason is, Fara really only likes Bryan, nothing else.

As for Bryan, for some reason he became fond of the girl. Maybe when he fell asleep in the library, and suddenly Fara, who incidentally was still a new child who was sitting in the tenth grade at that time, woke up. Where he is a senior who sits in the eleventh grade. Making his eyelids opened quickly and saw a graceful face with long hair flowing beautifully in front of him.

"Not that kind of coin dear, you don't understand what I mean?" He found Fara shaking her head there. For a moment, he took a breath while snorting, a second later he gave a code by pointing at his cheek.

Feeling understood, Fara immediately threw a kiss on the man's cheek. Although after that he felt his cheeks turn red and feel hot.

"Thank you, miss. Next time I will take as many pictures of you as possible, as long as you have enough coins. If more is fine too." He joked, until he managed to make Fara clamp his arm with her fingers. Slightly grimaced before Fara started to take her place and they actually took pictures there.

At that time, the graduation day celebration for the twelfth grade, where they had been in a relationship for a year, and Bryan's graduation day made him part there. They don't see each other that often anymore, because Bryan has already continued his studies at a university in one of the big city universities.

Bryan returned to display a worried face, a few dots of sweat on his forehead appeared. Because he could not contact the girl.

Should him meet her? But, what if Fara is really busy at school to help the student council? The reason, only two months left he will soon hold the final exam for graduation. Of course the school will again hold a big event for the release of the twelfth grade.

His focus was immediately divided on the cellphone beside him, a message notification from Fara made him smile in relief. Quickly snatching the cell phone to read what Fara had sent him.

["Sorry if I didn't get to answer your calls and messages. I have a little task, and I need to finish it as soon as possible. Now for our anniversary, meet me at the location I will send it to."]

The sigh of relief was getting created, he thanked God in his heart. His fingers slowly moved to type a few keyboard letters to reply to Fara's message.

"Okay, at least I'm relieved. I thought you weren't okay, but it was just my bad thoughts. I'll get ready first."

For a moment, he felt the supply of air entering through the oral cavity until his nose became more regular. Found a location that Fara sent not too far from his current residence. As soon as possible he grabbed his Hoodie, not forgetting a small gift with a large teddy bear that he brought.

This time, Bryan prefers to drive his car because of the doll. And also, he felt that his and Fara's anniversary should truly be the sweetest memory.
