"How much money do we have left?" I asked Selvi. Apart from those who participate in the cook selection, I will also give money to those who participate in the bartender selection. After all the groups finished doing the test, I had a discussion with Winefred to decide who had the best assessment. Of the eight people chosen, three of them came from other towns, and two of the three people were women. Even though they only worked as waiters in the town where they came from, they could explain the wine and champagne they tasted for the first time very well—their name is Clara and Amber.

I came out of the room and saw that they were waiting. I announced who passed the selection and told those who weren't selected to take part in tomorrow's selection.

I returned to the room along with the eight chosen people to explain some things to them.

"So, right now you can only wait because the place where you will work is still under renovation. After I finish selecting a few more people, I will train all of you in a few things. For those of you who are from other towns, I have prepared a temporary residence. Later, after the renovation is complete, you can stay at your workplace because I have prepared several rooms for you if you want to live there."
