Little Star ~A Wolfstar story~

Finally, a whole summer had passed. It was one of the worst summers for the two of the four boys. Sirius was locked in his room. His parents fed him only twice a week, so he was skinny and weak. Remus had his usual problem. Once a month, he turned into a werewolf. He had a lot of new scars on his face and body. He wrote to his friends, almost every day. Especially Sirius. He knew he couldn't write back, but he wrote him to make him feel better. He knew what his best friend have been through.

Remus was on Platform 9¾. He looked around. Finally, he saw Sirius. "Sirius!" He shouted and ran to hug him. They stayed there for about five minutes, when they heard James "Guys! I missed you! How are you? You know what? Tell me at the train. We have to find Peter. He found an empty compartment." He said, while hugging them.

They walked to the train. They found Peter at a compartment. They entered. "Hey guys. How are you?" He asked. "Fine. I guess." Sirius answered. "Your parents again, right?" James asked worriedly. "Yeah." Sirius said. "I didn't eat at all. I can't wait to arrive at Hogwarts. I think, I am able to eat everything! What about you Moony? I see that you got some new marks. Do they hurt?" "Yeah, a bit. But I'll be ok, since I am with you guys." "We will be all together! No matter what! This is our last year here, at Hogwarts. Then, we will live at the same neighborhood and hang out every single night!" Sirius said smiling weakly. James noticed. "Padfoot, you have to get some rest." "No, I'm ok, guys, really." "No, you're not, Sirius! Here. Just lay down and sleep. You have to." Remus said and moved a little bit, so Sirius could lay down next to him. "Fine!" He said. He didn't want to make his friend mad. Remus was very strong, even if he didn't seem to. Also, his friends were right. He needed some rest.

"Would you mind if I am going to stay with Lily? I really missed her. Peter, wanna come with me? Lily's compartment is next to the place that the lady with the trolley is hiding the rest of the pumpkin pastes." James asked and they all told them to go, while Peter was already running outside.

Sirius soon fell asleep. His head on Remus's shoulder. 'He is going to hurt his neck. Gotta move him a bit... Here we are' Remus thought, moving Sirius's head to his lap. 'He is only your friend, Remus. Nothing else. Nothing else.' He told to himself. He had already accepted that he was bi, but not that he had a crush on his best friend. He stared at his peaceful, sleepy face. 'He's so beautiful! No, he's just a friend.' He saw Sirius's face struggling. Sirius brought his hands to his chest. Remus took Sirius's hand on his. He slowly raised his shirt. 'Oh, Merlin!' He saw scars. All over his body. Remus was terrified. He slowly touched his scars. His body. Sirius made a pain expression. Remus took his hand back quickly.

For the next few hours, he stared at him. His one hand holding Sirius's and the other one caressing his hair. They had almost a quarter left until they would arrive at Hogwarts. "Sirius. Wake up. We're almost there." "But I wanna sleep!" "I know, ok? You will. But first we have to get dressed and go eat. Also, we have to talk." "About what?" Sirius asked, still laying on Remus's lap. "Sirius. Tell me. What's going on? I saw your scars." "You did? Oh shit! Um... It's nothing, Rem. Really. I'm ok. Also, I won't go back. I'll find another place to live. It's never gonna happen again." "I know it's never gonna happen. But Sirius, you told me that it stopped!" "Oh come on! How is that possible? You know my parents!" "Right. Ok. Let's wear our robes." Remus said and ten minutes later, they were dressed and getting out of the train.

They saw James holding hands with Lily and Peter following them with his hands full of pumpkin pastes. Twenty minutes later, they were all walking to the Great Hall, ready to go to the Gryffindor table.

They were finally back home.
