Naruto's Request

A moment of silence washed over the pair. Naruto broke the silence as he coughed, "Well, now that that is out of the way, I'd like to talk to you about something."

Percy raised an eyebrow at Naruto as he continued, "Percy, look over the land bellow you and tell me what you see."

A look of confusion appeared on Percy's face as he lightly nodded and looked down. He felt a bout of nausea as he saw how high he was off the ground but he took a few deep breaths and calmed down.

He spent a few minutes scanning the land bellow, making sure to really taking in every detail as he spoke, "I see… different plots of land. They don't seemed to be 'right', like looking at a giant puzzle except it's like the pieces were forced into place instead of actually fitting in."

Naruto smiled as he nodded, "Good. Now, what do you think is missing?"

Percy frowned abit before falling into thought. After a few seconds, a look of realisation dawned on him as he muttered, "People… This world is missing people…"

Naruto's smile grew as he nodded. When Percy scanned the world below him, he saw it. The world lacked life. Sure, there were plants and animals but the world lacked people.

Even though some plots of land had huge structures, like castles or towers, the world was complete void of human life.

Suddenly, a serious look appeared on Naruto's face as he said, "I have a request, Percy."

Without waiting for Percy's reply, Naruto bowed his head, shocking the young demigod as he said, "Please bring life to this empty world!"

Stunned, Percy's brain seemed to short circuit as it took him a couple minutes to respond. His eyes blink rapidly before fully opening wide as he yelled, "What!?! How would I even go about doing that!?!"

Naruto sighed, "Well, if you agree, I'll be sending you into a sort of alternate reality of the worlds that build up this world. There, you will be given a 'quest', that, once completed, would basically fuse the two worlds together."

Percy's stalled for a couple seconds before he nervously said, "Will I have to… do this alone?"

"I'm afraid so." Naruto sighed, "The only way that you can get people to help you would be by recruiting them while your in the other world."

Percy fell silent as he let the information sink in. After just arriving in another world, he was asked to travel into other worlds to gather people.

He ruminated over the thought for couple minutes before sighing. He stared into Naruto's purple eyes and nodded, slightly reluctant.

After saving his old world, Percy wanted nothing more than to just sit back and relax. However, he knew that doing nothing in a world where people don't exist wasn't very practical.

Hell, he might even go insane. He's not a god, only part of him is. He still need people to talk to, just so he could keep his sanity.

Sure, he could probably talk to Naruto but it felt weird to him. Naruto's aura was… awkward to feel, it was like looking at the sun. He could talk to him for a while but as time went on, the urge to stop talking to him grew stronger.

Naruto smiled seeing Percy nodded to his request, though he noted the look of reluctance in his eyes. So, to make it more worth Percy's time, Naruto grinned and said, "Now, let's talk about your benefits."

"Benefits?" Percy asked.

The resident ninja God nodded as he snapped his fingers, conjuring a large table and a small buffet of small. Even though it was small, the food looked to be more than enough for two people.

However, Percy couldn't help but drool a little. It was, literally, all his favorite foods, right down to the smell. Before he could process anything, his body went on autopilot as it sat down at the table in an instant.

Naruto chuckled as he sat down across from him and pulled over a large bowl filled to the brim with ramen. He noted the silent judgement in Percy's eyes and scoffed, "Ramen is the food of the gods."

Percy rolled his eyes but couldn't really bite back. Ramen was truly a delicious food. All the demigods from his camp days LOVED the stuff.

Percy even begrudgingly remembered that Ramen was one of Luke's top salers at his "shop". He was also one of the ramen loving customers.

Naruto took a long sip of his ramen bowl, quickly pulling back a few seconds later as he rapidly huffed and puffed, "Haut!.. Haut!.. Haut!.."

"Your an all powerful god but you can't handle hot noodles?" Percy said with a deadpan expression.

"Hey! Somethings can't be changed, even when you become a god." Barked Naruto. Even as a god, Naruto still burned his mouth sometimes when he forgets to cool it.

Shaking his head, Naruto sighed, "Anyway! As I was saying, let's talk bonuses."

"I can't just ask you to travel from world to world for nothing, can I? Well, I probably can but then I'd just be a douche. Sooooo,.." Said Naruto, dragging the 'oh' at the end.

"Let's talk benefits."

Naruto pushed his bowl to the side, empty, as he smiled, "I've taken the liberty of creating a system for you. However, it isn't just yours. Should you have people in the future that join you on your travels, they too will be granted access to the system."

"That means that they can grow to become a threat. It will be your job to ensure that never happens but the system itself is good."

Naruto started talking about the system. Technically, what Naruto was giving him was much more than a system, it was a small pocket dimension with a system attached.

One of the systems abilities was to create a single room person, fully suited to their needs and taste. The rooms all had a single door that led you to the public area.

There, you are given access to the system. All forms of combat are prohibited in the area, meaning you couldn't kill someone, even if you were enemies.

You can buy items, armour, even abilities. However, Naruto made sure to tell him that only items and abilities from the worlds he travels to appear in the systems store.

Percy was a little disappointed but Naruto next words made him smile as Naruto gave him one free world. That meant, once he arrived in his first world, the system shop would automatically generate that worlds items and abilities.

However, Naruto wasn't done. He also mentioned that the system had the ability to force a sort of hyper evolution. If in the future Percy had enough points, he'd be able to use the system to force his body to evolve.

Stronger limbs, quicker reactions, the possibilities were seemingly limitless. As long as he had the points, he'd be able to become a titan amoung mortals.

Rubbing his chin, Naruto looked of with a thoughtful look on his face as he said, "That's… about it, I guess. So, what do you think? Is this more than enough incentive for you?"

Percy was literally stunned frozen. His mouth was wide open as he stared at Naruto with bulging eyes. He came back to himself after a minute or so as he rapidly nodded his head.

He'd be a fool to reject Naruto's gift. Percy was positive that the system would be a life saver.

Naruto grinned when he saw Percy agree. With a wave of his hand, a portal opened up next to Percy as Naruto slammed his fist into his palm, "Yosha! You best be on your way then."

Before Percy could register what was happening, Naruto lightly pushed Percy into the portal.
