"where's my water jog?! I asked while searching inside my bag "damn I just bought yesterday and that's an expensive one!" I irritating said

"Why did you buy the new one even it's not required? you're so stupid there are so many water containers inside your house but you still chose to buy the expensive one? and take note we will stay here at the hotel and you don't need water because they can serve at any time!" Avy said to me and looked stress even more that I was really stupid

"Avy's right. where did you last go?" Lian spoke so I wondered where I went last. First is I went outside of this hotel because I want to take pictures and my water jog is on with me and I went to the campsite where our professors are there and.....

"ohmygosh!" something pop-pop in my mind and I remembered where I last put my water jog. "I will be back, bye," I said and was about to leave when I Lian held my wrist to stop me

"It's late, we will join you—"

"no I'm fine," I said but they shook their heads like they dont want me to go outside alone again. "hey the campsite here is just here at the hotel actually, it'sss just 25 Steps forward!" I said and they sigh like I say something stupid again

"I'll be back after 15 minutes and when didn't follow outside okay?" I said to them and they look at me with hesitation but nods right after

I smiled at them and go straight to the campsite. I took out my phone 'cuz it's dark here besides I can still see people here but of course, I need to go back early because I dont want them to pull my hair and slap me

I walked a little bit fast this time and close to the campsite when I met the guy holding.....my water jog?! I immadiently walked towards him and grabbed what he's holding. He looked surprised because of what I did "gosh" I almost whispered

He's looking at me with parted lips "thank you so much you found my water jog!" I happily said and he looks like he realized something because he cleared his throat and point my water jog

"what are you talking about? that's mine," He said so the smile on my lips disappeared. "I was surprised by you and now you claim what's mine?" He said

"what do you mean?! it's yours?! why? do you have proof?" I bravely said and he laughs like 'what the fuck? is she's fucking serious?' "Why are you laughing? ha! maybe you don't have" I said and raised my eyebrows

He looked at me smirked "check the side of the cover and read what's name is craved on that" I stunned for a while and my eyes slowly looked down at the jog I was holding. I pursed my lips and check the cover.

Caleb? that's his name? I looked at him and he's looking at me with a smirk appeared on his face. I swallowed and slowly gave him the water jog. I nod down because of embarrassment but I heard him chuckled so I suddenly looked up and glared at him

Does he tease me? ARGHHH!! I was about to yell at him when someone spoke at Caleb's back "Zharina?"

I looked at his back and I saw Kajik "Kajik!" I said and went at his back, I pulled the hem of his shirt "look Kajik, he's teasing me!" I complain.

Kajik looked at him a few seconds and handed me the water jog that I didn't notice his holding it a while ago "this is yours right?" Kajik asked. I took it from him and check if it's really mine and then I saw the potato drawing that I usually draw on my things so that I have a clue

"YES OWEMJI THANK YOU," I said and jump in happiness

"welcome" he simply said and Faced Caleb. They nodded to each other and Kajik is the first who inverted his and turn his back "go back, it's not safe here" He said to me before walked away

"your boyfriend's right" I heard Caleb spoke. I looked at him and raised my eyebrows

"stop flirting me—"

"oh what? you're too confident besides you're not my type" He said to me

"FYFI and that's for your fucking information Kajik isn't my boyfriend and I knew that you said that because you want to know if I'm taken or single," I said and rolled my eyes

He chuckled again that makes me annoyed "assuming" he whispered but my two ears heard it clearly

"PARDON?!"

He shakes his head and put his hands inside his pocket "I'll go now, you should go too" he said but I 'tsk' him

"Perhaps...you want me to convey to you?" His smile slowly appeared again so I gritted my teeth in frustrations.

"NO THANKS!" I said and turn my back to him, I walked as fast as I could and I'm very close to the hotel when I saw Avy and Lian was about to get outside too

I check my wrist clock and I am 14 minutes 56 seconds late, I run towards them and called their names to get their attention "AVY, LIAN!" I shouted

They looked in my direction and I saw the relief on their faces "Thanks to God nothing's happened to you" Avy said and approach me. Lian do the same thing and looked at me from head to toe then she stops from my hand

"you found your water jog?" She asked.

"no, it's just a paper bag" I sarcastic answered to her and she pulled my hair but I just laugh a bit "of course I found it, you didn't see? I already have it, yeah?" I said

"stop girls and let's sleep because tomorrow morning is the start of our taste so let's go back," Avy said and walked first

"what's wrong with Avy? she looks sluggish" I whispered to Lian

She nodded "yeah I noticed it too, early she's hyper then afternoon came she become as that" Lian said

I shrugged "perhaps she just tired? just don't make it a big deal, we may be slapped later" I joked and we chuckled with that

~morning came~

(4:00 am)

"Avy why you're so slow?!" I asked while knocking at the comfort's door. I've been waiting here a while because Avy's been there inside for almost an hour and a half!

"Wait!" she shouted and she said it for the 5th time. I moan in irritation and walked away and check my things instead if I put all my important purchases inside my bag

Lian Is already done because she wakes up early 'cuz she knew that Avy will be the cause of our lateness later.

Even me! I tried to wake up early. I woke up at 2:45 but I'm lazy and felt sleepy so I didn't stand up instead I go back to sleep so yes here I am waiting for Avy to finished. What a damn tortoise

When I heard the open of the CR's door I walked there and I saw Avy with a towel On her body and her hair. She smiled at me and I gave her a 'fuck you' sign before I came inside the CR.

I take a bath for a minute and blower my hair for 15 minutes and put on some light makeup. I chose to wear navy blue maong pants and pair it with a white off a shoulder crop top and put my ID on

"let's go," Lian said so we leave our room and go straight to the campsite where the others are waiting for us. When we arrived some students were already there so we find where our sections are line up.

when the teachers already checked that we all completed they decided to start our first game so we went to the other place where were we going to play the tasks

They cut us into 5 groups and our groups haven't yet turned so we go on the side and watch the first group. When the game started we cheer our sections and minutes passed I felt someone beside me and when I checked it I saw Caleb calmly watching the players

"hayyst you're here" I spoke without looking at him, I saw from the corner of my eyes they he looked at me

"no I'm just a portrait," He said so I annoyed that fast

"Nah what kind of portrait? why do I swear?" I said and acts like wiping my forehead even I didn't sweat really

"because I'm hot," He said so I immadiently looked at him with a 'what the fawk' look. He looked at me too and licked his lower lip

"eww," I said and acting like I'm going to vomit "well maybe the vassal of satan is beside me," I said and waved my hand over my face as if I were fanning

"anyways hello" He greeted, I furrowed my brows in confusion. He already talked to me a while ago with a sarcastic answer and then he's nicely greeting me? what is his guardian angel came?

I didn't respond instead I crossed my arms over my chest and looked at him with a bratty face, he chuckled and offered his hand

"Hello, Caleb Rutherford at your service. May I know your name ma'am?" he smiled widely.
