Sam felt like he was submerged in a deep ocean. Free falling endlessly for an unrecognisable amount of time. He was confused, disoriented and bewildered, he was just an ordinary office worker earning a little more than minimum wage before he was hit by a stray bullet flying out during a gangs shootout. He found himself here, surrounded by pitchblack sky and a few sparkling stars.

Days passed just like that, or was it days? But finally he felt an irresistible suction pulling him straight downwards. The first thing came into view was endless fields below him, his sight couldn't see the edges but as he got closer he realised that there was nothing except grass along the field.

When he landed on the ground after another hour of falling he realised his viewpoint seemed to have shrunk. Looking down at his hands he saw two pudgy pink hands that couldn't even fit around a cup.

'What??' Sam yelped inadvertently.
