The casket was open and people were paying their respects. Alexis and Angelo had already done so and she had even shed a tear or two.
She was never a person who had head crocodile tears but at the moment it came naturally.
"Donna," The Saintino heir came to her talking in English, broken but she didn't comment on it, "I am sorry for your loss. It must be hard."
"Thank you, Don Saintino." She spoke warmly, a small smile on her face but the expression of grief remained. "Your presence is appreciated."
He moved forward and someone else came. She had mesmerised their names and the family houses to know what it truly meant.
Mrs Martinez came forward, "Child, that was so unfortunate." She said sorrowfully and Alexis pulled her in for a hug.
