The teleportation gate was a revolutionary item that was discovered inside an unranked gate by the Lilac Guild about three years later, which made transportation and deployment easier for the Guilds later on.
The cost was high, so it was not available yet to the public, but the wealthy, of course, could use it. Rise had set his eyes on it; he did not care too much for the profit it could amass for him. He only needed the mobility it would give to his forces.
