The Time Skip

Hello again. I hope you have/had a good day. Today's time skip to Rians eleventh birthday, yay. Maybe I can write the next chapter about Diagon Alley :).

### Rians 11th birthday ###

Rian woke up excited and wanted to sprint down to receive his gifts however if he did that he would do that his mom would send him right back upstairs to do his morning routine. 'But before I do that I needed to call my shadows back, yep I got fucking (shadow) soldiers in my shadow. Do you know how cool that is? Yea ultra-cool. You can get ambushed by like 10 guys and one guy shouts "Give us all your money or die!" and you can pull out your Uno reverse card and overwhelm them with your shadow soldiers. If he watched too many action movies and memes? Probably.'

When he took the shadows back he through back to the past years and man were they good.

### Flashback ###

When he was three years old he could not remember much, only that he was one whole day in pain. When he asked about it he first got to know about his special condition, you know two hearts and shadow soldiers. Apparently, he got hit by a spell that should seal his magic but turned into a spell that would kill him. First, he was angry because he didn't understand why he had to go through so much pain but others didn't. Later he was glad that that happened because if it didn't he couldn't have cool shadow magic. Of course, he wanted revenge for this, he was a whole day under the pain equal to a cruciatus curse. (A/N: He only didn't turn crazy because he wasn't actually under the crucatius curse because if he was his nerve endings would be fucked.) But he also gained a cool Godfather but he always called him Grandpa named Ashborn. Ashborn also gave him the cool shadow soldier and Silvia his big sister, yes she was a shadow soldier but she was at his side since the beginning and she was his first shadow. She also has two forms first the human form she looked like any other teenage girl and didn't even look like a shadow soldier (very cool), she is blond and always wears black clothes. And if she turns into her 'shadow form' she not just looks like a demon but also her personality changes into a sadistic exhibitionist.

She apparently could only turn into a shadow soldier because she was half-demon and was exiled from the Ricardo Clan because of it. later she died at the hands of a monarch and was turned into a shadow soldier by Ashborn. She also had a mind of her own and wasn't forced to worship her master like the other shadows soldiers (Rian).

When he grew up he was trained by Ashborn when his mother wasn't watching. He got some cool skills like Sprint (When he was running he pumped mana in his legs and got faster), Stealth and Dominator's Touch (This was taught by Ashborn), Longevity, Save Shadow, Shadow Exchange, Shadow Extraction, and Domain of the Monarch(he got them with his black heart).

Of course, he wasn't always training because if his mom knew he would be grounded and Ashborn would be a dead man, his mom could be very scary sometimes. Rian, Jacob, and Faye often went hiking (short tracks because Rian was only 4) Ahsborn and Silvia always had excuses to not go with them. One time they meet a dying Wolf and when it dyed Rian extracted its shadow. He scared the shit out of his parents, but it was worth it. He named it Gray and he often played with him or took him on walks.

When he turned 5 he got into school and apparently mana could upgrade your brain or Rian was a genius, with six he was in the third grade. Now he was in 10th grade.

Ashborn was telling him stories of his old World while Rian trained, he often talked about a guy named Sung Jin-Woo. Maybe even a bit too often so that Rian thought that Ashborn was gay, not that it was bad, he just wondered about it. But that thought was quickly dropped because Ashborn brought a girlfriend home named Lucie Berger. She was a Veela from France and was saved by Ashborn from the Stickman. The Wizards were called so by the whole family since Rian asked if the bad Stickman were coming back to get him, he was four at that time. After they came together they got a girl a year later which was named Laura. Laura was a shy girl who always hid behind her parents.

Ashborn and Lucie bought a house in the same street and often came over to let Laura and Rian play. Rian was like a brother to Laura and when they got older they often pulled pranks on their parents or played in the forest nearby. There they found a cat and Laura named her Sophie.

Sophie lived at Rian's house because Ashborn was allergic to cat hair.

And so lived Rian his life till his eleventh birthday.
