I Met August

 I was sitting and waiting for Fay to come out of her sculpting class when I saw a blonde guy. He was gorgeous. Blonde hair. Blue eyes. He was sitting next to me and drawing something that I could not see. When I did saw it, it was a drawing of a building. He then smirked and said, "I can see you."

 I felt flustered and stuttered, "I-I was looking at the drawing." He laughed and said, "Kidding, I was messing with you, my name's August, what's yours?" My cheeks went as red as my hair and I said, "My name's Harmony."

 He said, "I've never seen you before." I smiled and giggled and said, "I'm from Brooklyn, I'm here for painting class." He smiled and said, "Shop class." I blushed redder and thought, 'Get me out of here.'

 As I looked everywhere, I heard someone scream, "Gus! Get in the fucking car! You promised to bring me shopping." I saw a blonde girl with curly hair, blue eyes and having the legs you find in ballerinas. She looked at me and smirked and said to him, "I will be waiting."

 He sighed and said, "Yeah." He waved bye at me and followed the girl. I was sighing there when one of the brunettes who were in Fay's sculpting class, "Did you see how he looked at me? He definitely likes me."

 I snapped back and fell despondent. He definitely does not know who I am. If he did, he would ignore me. I heard someone say, "Hey, earth to Har." I looked up to see a black haired girl with almond brown eyes. Fay Chan. The Chinese-American outspoken kid  I have met, we were best friends but she moved to New York. 

 She told me, "God, that brunette-haired girl over there, she's disgusting." That brunette-haired girl heard it and said, "Excuse me, Miss ABC, I didn't know it was a crime to fawn over a snack like him."

 Fay looked at her and said, "See, Kelly, this is why I say you are disgusting, he's not a thing, he is a living person with living emotions." I smiled and said, "Maybe he was looking at you, are you guys dating?" Kelly looked at me and said, "Shut up, you're a little redheaded freak."

 Fay said, "Enough is enough." She dragged me along and said, "Ignore Kelly, she's upset that you dated one of the most popular guys in our school." I nodded and I asked, "What was that all about?"

 Fay said, "Oh, you didn't know, Kelly has a new obsession over August Stranger, the star basketball player in our school." I smiled and said, "Oh, I think he already has a girlfriend."

 Fay laughed and said, "You mean that blondie that hangs out with him, that's his twin sister, she's cool, goes to his competitions."

 I smiled while saying, "Oh." She tossed her head and said, "You like him, don't you? August?" I kept quiet and Fay said, "You like him?" She laughed and said, "Don't, just don't, once Kelly likes someone, she'll literally off your neck, I mean see how she treated you when you were with Justin."

 I remembered very clearly, Fay said, "Listen, August, I'm gonna agree he is someone that you could have, you're pretty, you're smart, you're nice, but this is right person, wrong time." I started crying and she said, "Wanna have a girls night." 

 I nodded and when I got home, I started painting. I painted a landscape and I was satisfied.
