Liang, a man in his 20’s who was living a carefree life went to a fortune teller after being pestered by his mother since a month. “Your fate is about to change! Your destiny will no longer be in your hands”, said Divine Monk PuHe “Who the hell even believes in divination nowadays? It’s 22nd century for god’s sake!”, battered Liang “Boy…, This world, isn’t as simple as you imagine it to be”, replied Monk PuHe pausing in between his words as if sighing.. “This world is actually too small for someone like you”, mumbled PuHe to himself. “Hmm, okay. So, we are done with the conversation right?, asked Liang as if hurried to get out of the place. “You can go”, said Monk PuHe After ten days Liang who was on his way to office met truck-kun and was thus transmigrated! This is the story of how a mortal who’s destiny wasn’t in his hand gained power enough to control other’s destiny
As Liang left the courtyard he was greeted by the cold gazes of the clan members.
"Look, who has come out to greet us", a passrby stopped and called put when he saw Liang.
"Young master, what poison pill will you make today?", another smirked and laughed his luagh so loud it started attracting a crowd
"Guards!", Liang called out
"Guards!", Liang called out again but no one seemed to respond.
Helpess he ignored the smackers and steped towards the Main Hall of the Dan Clan.
The Main Hall of the Dan Call was as wide as an Imperial Palace.
The walls were decorated with alchemy cauldron's and smoke rising from then towards the sky.
There was also a tribulation brewing above the cauldron drawn showing the height of how high the Dan clan's alchemy was when they were at the peak of power.
"Wow! These are seriously so damn lifelike", Liang said while stepping towards the wall on which Alchemy cultivators refining a pill was drawn.
He stepped one step at a time and stood just a step before reaching the wall and moved his hand forward to feel it.
Suddendly.
*Bzzt* *Bzzt*
"Host detected, Would you like to bind Alchemy System?", an electronic voice suddendly sounded in Liang's mind when he had just touched the wall
" My goldenfinger! Has finally arrived!! yay!", Liang exclaimed almost jumping in the sky but he was not really surprised as he had been an avid reader of transmigration novels.
He would be a shame to all the transmigrators if he disn't recieve the system!
"System Bind!", Liang answered while spreading both his hands towards opposite directions as if embracing myriad of girls.
[System: Binding host.. Progress 10%.. 20%… 30%..]
As Liang waited for the progress to complete to 100% he noticed a girl behind him.
She wore an ethereal robe and had phoenix jade hairpin tied on her hair bun while carrying a cloth sachet that was made of gold.
She carried a smell that os herb's which indicated she was an alchemy pill refiner.
Her face was as smooth as jade and she looked to be atleast 20 year old.
Her body was pretty developed for her age as whoever looked at her would get intoxicated unable to stop them from taking a peek at her.
Her name was Dan Dan and she was also a Half-Step Alchemy Master! In fact, she was rumored to join Supreme Pill Sect as long as she became Alchemy Master.
"Brother Liang, can you solve my doubts?", Dan Dan asked looking at Liang's eyes.
Liang eyes which were as cold as jade suddendly melt as if it had met a phoenix!
After all in the Dan clan aside from his mother, only Dan Dan cared about him.
"What is the issue little Dan?", replied Liang nonchantly while still ovserving the Pill Painting.
"Why do you mix 1 gram of Azure herb leaf while making a Qi rejuvenation pill?", Dan Dan asked also looking at the Pill Painting.
"It's simple, the other herbs that are used contain extreme Yang Energy so, Azure Herb which has Yin energy is used to counterbalance them", replied Liang as he remebered in the memories he had been imparted with.
"Oh..", replied Dan Dan with a worry on her face
"What happened?", Liang asked turning around looking at her face.
"I'll be leaving Dan clan soon", Dan Dan said her eyes a little moist with tears about to fall.
"Don't worry about me, you know your brother Liang isn't someone who is defeated by some mere problems.", Liang replied stroking her hairs.
"Umm!", Dan Dan said while enjoying the hand touch of Liang.
"Okay l, go now, I've some work to do", said Linag as he stepped out and walked toward the Partiach's room.
As he walked on the street he saw people were running left to right, some where carrying huge boxes of herbs, some where running with pill recipes in their hands.
The Dan Clan was situated in the Northen part of Dan city which was also the only way connecting to other cities thus the northen part of Dan city was always bustling with people crowding over to buy resources for their cultivation.
There were over a thousand shops in the Northern part of Dan city itself of which 300 were of Dan Clan, 400 of Wang Clan, 100 of Meng clan while rest were of merchants who came from afar and settled down in Dan City.
The Ancient Su clan did not have any property as they were a clan of name only being controlled by the Wang's as a breeding ground.
Everyone in the city knew this but they couldn't do anything as the Wang clan was one of the five great clans!
Rumors were that the Wang Clan Patriach's wife was a sister of one of Prince's of Azure Sky Empire.
Thus they treated others as a slave not caring about retaliation after all the Prince's of Azure Sky Empire were fighting for the Crown Prince's position.
If the Prince behind the Wang Clan became crown prince then the Wang Clan's status would just be a carp transforming into a dragon!
He didn't care and just ignored them similar to how the original body did whenever he left his house.
Although he was the clan head's son his mother being a maid made it difficult for him as they referred to him as "Outsider".
Being gazed by these people made the original cheerful Liang cold hearted and thus he rarely ever smiled which made it easier for the reincarnated Liang.
As Liang made his way over to the Patriach's courtyard,
He was suddendly stopped by a man who was about 4 meter tall, wearing a blue colored robe with a dragon printed on it.
He also had a sword attached to his side waist with a belt that seemed to made from skin of a golden snake which indicated that he was a sword cultivator.
"Wait", ordered the young master.
Liang ignored him and kept walking.
Seeing Liang ignore him the Young Master was angered and he drew his sword and slashed towards Liang.
*Swish*
Liang was about to dodge when the sword grazed his shoulders, blood trickling out of it.
"I told you wait, if you had waited I wouldn't have to use my sword!
Guards!", the young master shouted
"Yes, Young Master", the guards who were nowhere to be seen started appearing as if bamboo shoots after spring.
"TAKE MY SWORD AND WIPE IT CLEAN! The blood of a filthy mongrel has dirtied it", ordered the young master as he passed his sword to one of the guard.
"Yes, Young master", replied the guard as he moved toward the river.
"Dan Wu Heng! I swear I'll kill you one day", said Liang his eyes burning with fury.
"You should have stopped then son of a maid and as for you killing me? Hah? Has sun risen from west today or what?", replied Dan Wu Heng
"haha"
"Ha ha"
"Ha ha", suddendly all the guards started laughing as if they had heard a joke of the century.
"Quiet", ordered Dan Wu Heng raising his hand in the air.
"Oh poor Liang.. The rising genius has fallen before he could even rise a little.
Just be grateful you are still alive after almost killing a Martial Master.", said Dan Wu Heng threateningly.
"Hmmp. Mind your own business or else you might lose that decoration of a head above your chest", replied Liang while standing up.
"There are somethings you shouldn't do for you might bite something you cannot afford to chew or swallow", said Liang as he walked towards the Partiach's courtyard.
"Liang request for an audience Partiach!", shouted Liang outside the door of Courtyard.
"Come in", a voice as if carryinng authority echoed.
Liang stepped into the courtyard and he saw a boorish man who was almost 7th feet tall and had a build that suited a blacksmith. There was no way anyway would see him as an Alchmey master but the fact was that he was an alchemy master!
"Partiach!", Liang said
"What now?", replied the Patriach.
His name was Dan Hang!
The sole alchemy master of the Dan Clan. It was all because of him that the Dan clan was one of the five great clans.
He had invented countless pill recipies and his pill refining skills were said to be a gift from heaven.
He was an extremely qualified refiner who was said to be able to reach the level of a Alchemy GrandMaster in 10 years.
"How long do I need to act", asked Liang while seating and eating an orange color fruit that looked like a peach.
"My little son, there's still some time left", replied Dan Hang in a sweet voice.
If others were to see the Clan Patriach speaking like this they would assume he was possessed!
"Hmm. Okay", replied Liang as he ate another one of the peach.
"When is mother coming out of seclusion?", asked Liang.
"5 years the earliest or 10 years if everything goes smoothly" replied Dan Hanf.
"Okay, I'm leaving", said Liang as he woke up and walk towards the exit.
"Don't take action", a melodious voice echoed in Liang's ear.
His eyes were moist as soon as he heard this voice.
"Okay, mother", nodded Liang as he stepped out of the courtyard.
As Liang walked towards his courtyard he started checking the system's binding progress.
"SYSTEM BINDING PROGRESS", muttered Liang
[Binding Progress: 40%.. 60%…80%.]
Suddendly a red light flash on the system screen
[EROR EROR!! Wrong Host found. The system is sorry!
Hope the host find's his already determined system soon]
And, then with a swoosh the system disappeared as if it never existed.
Liang who was exited about taking revenge, claiming heavenly ladies was shocked and fell flat on his face.
*Thump*
