Chapter 1Summoning gone wrong!

Chapter 1: Summoning gone wrong!

Bryce has always been living with an odd feeling within him.

As a child, he found it annoying, so he consciously ignored it, but as he grew up, the feeling heightened and became like a burden. He couldn't put it aside, and it weighed him whenever he was doing something, be it spending time with his friends or just playing video games.

However, in those games filled with blood and gore, Bryce found the burden lighter. Weird, he thought, and he continued searching for an answer within those games, only to get more irritated as time passed.

Having no answer, Bryce researched more of that unusual feeling, which resulted in him casting aside his friends, he became a loner that seemed like an easy target for others. In his first year of middle school, Bryce didn't bother finding friends, and he spent more time thinking about other games and their mechanics, seeming like an outcast who could be easily bullied.

A few of his classmates thought exactly like that, and Bryce also seemed like a kid with wealthy parents, and some girls had commented on his cute face, too, so he was like a perfect target. With their intent clear, the boys pushed Bryce to the toilet, sneering, their eyes twinkling with mischief.

But that turned out to be the worst idea of their lives. When Bryce saw no teacher in the vicinity, he growled at the bullies, they laughed at him and extended their hands to pull his clothes and hair, then Bryce balled his hands and smashed the nose of one of them.

Shock and fear overlapped within the hearts of the bullies as their classmate fell unconscious onto the ground, his deformed nose bleeding profusely and his face drained: they gawked at their buddy while rooted to the ground.

Bryce stood as though frozen, but he could move just fine as his heart felt lighter than ever before. That bizarre feeling became non-existent for a second, and it felt as though shackles had fallen off his body.

And then, Bryce lifted his eyes, smiling at the bullies with the purest smile he had ever formed, their horror-stricken expressions and trembling bodies thrilling him, and as the roles switched, Bryce used those bullies to study his bizarre feeling.

He beat them all, left the toilet as though nothing had happened, then returned to the class. Before the news reached his teacher, Bryce sat by the table like usual, visualizing the events in the bathroom. He soon realized that the odd feeling hadn't entirely gone and that it was him thinking it was the case because he never felt less burdened.

He then had a talk with his teacher and his parents.

Fast forward to high school, Bryce joined various martial arts clubs. But as his country lacked a proper dojo as it was not as popular here as in the eastern countries, Bryce traveled to Japan as an exchange student and started rigorous training there.

Bringing some experience from his home country, Bryce knew what exactly he wanted; he desired to hold a sword and use it to overwhelm others. With that weapon, he felt the lightest burden in his heart, and he somehow could control a bit of that mysterious feeling within him.

A few times during his serious club activities, Bryce had an inkling that someone had muttered to him that he was finally doing a good job of becoming stronger. Feeling ecstatic about his progress, he continued winning trophies for his school, his fame stretched across Asia, and he became pretty famous here.

Bryce was now eighteen years old, and his last year had come to an end. He gazed at the school that had enabled him more than anything else, then turned around and went back home.

After opening the door to his one-room apartment, Bryce halted and smiled widely at his good friend, Gengo, running toward him on his paws. Gengo was a golden retriever, and he was Bryce's closest friend; he had him ever since that thrilling event in middle school, and he even took him to Japan.

Being a big boy already, Gengo jumped at his owner and happily woofed, Bryce also extended his hands to hold him, and he scratched his ears, which made Gengo groan happy noises.

He then dropped him onto the ground. "Home's safe?"

Gengo barked.

"Good."

Bryce and his good buddy went to the kitchen. He poured out a portion of food for his pet, then cooked something easy for himself. Both of them soon ended up on the sofa and watched TV together. Gengo took Bryce's lap for himself and enjoyed the hand of his owner combing through his fur.

As an advertisement popped on the screen, Bryce muttered, "I still have that odd feeling within."

Gengo whined, his tail low.

"I don't know what else I have to do." Bryce arched his head back and stared at the ceiling. He has finished high school, and his club activities and achievements gave him a bright future in Japan. He wouldn't have any problems moving forward to university.

But as a significant chapter of his life ended, Bryce had to recollect his thoughts. He couldn't help but think about himself and what exactly he was. It was mainly because of that bizarre feeling within him that he was a master of the sword in the foreign land, without too many friends and his family.

Thinking deeper about himself, Bryce recalled the beaten faces of his bullies from middle school and then the fed-up expressions of Asian students he had won against with his swordsmanship.

'Do I have to kill someone?' Bryce questioned inwardly.

But as dogs perceived emotions well, Gengo instantly stood up and barked shrilling noises. He draped over Bryce, licked his face, and begged him to not have any negative thoughts. It was exactly because of that good friend that Bryce thought of himself as a normal boy.

Of course, having thoughts of killing someone was far from normal, but Bryce had already accepted that he wasn't like others. Perhaps, all geniuses are odd in some way, and that bizarre feeling is a negative product of his superb swordsmanship.

Bryce pushed aside those thoughts to reassure his friend.

"Sorry, Gengo. You know that I am not such a person, and that's enough for me. And who am I to decide someone else's life? I am just a student. Well, a little lonely student, I think it's time to hit some clubs. If I want to settle for life in Japan, I need to find a girlfriend. I will go around and search for a girl with a golden retriever lady. My Gengo needs a girl, too! Haha!"

Gengo gawked at his owner as though he were an idiot, then he barked positive noises; he was a simple friend who was happy as long as his owner was happy.

Nothing seemed to disturb the daily life of these two. But after a good time of laughing, a sudden magic circle appeared out of nowhere beneath Bryce and Gengo.

It swallowed them wholly and brought them to another world.

At the same time, many more of those circles appeared on Earth, taking the geniuses of many talents over to another world.

But while all of them appeared in either grand castles, royal houses, or eerie and dark strongholds, Bryce and Gengo appeared in the middle of the forest, startled and unsure of what had just happened.

Young Master's PoV: Woke Up As A Villain In A Game One Day

"Now you see?" she shouted in a mix of annoyance and disappointment. "You can't outsmart Scrients! They're the most intelligent beings across the two realms." "You're right," I muttered, averting my gaze with a heavy sigh. "I made a mistake. I was too arrogant to think that a mere human like me could fool them." —BOOM!! "Heik! Wh-What was that?" "Hmm? I'm not sure. Maybe you should go and ask the most intelligent beings across the two realms. Oh wait, you can't. I killed them all.” ______ My name is Samael Kaizer Theosbane. On the last day of high school, I got into a fight with a kid I used to bully. It was a stupid, pointless scuffle, and in the middle of it, I tripped and hit my head on a rock. That’s when the memories came flooding in - the memories of another life, of a different world. Suddenly, everything made a twisted kind of sense. I realized two things. First, I was in a game I used to play in my past life. Second, I was a villain. A villain! Not the cool and mysterious kind, either. No, my destiny was to be manipulated and die a dog's death! I was the worst type of cliché: an ungrateful, privileged, insufferable young master. The sort you'd find in those poorly written fantasy stories. The kind everyone hates — a snobby brat from a powerful noble family who thinks he owns the world just because he was born with a silver spoon lodged in his mouth. You know the type. The one the hero beats to a pulp to prove his worth. Yeah, I was that guy. And the hero? The hero was the kid I’d been bullying all this time. The same one I got into a fight with. He was the supposed savior of this damned world. A world teetering on the edge of destruction, beset by wars, calamities, and a grim future that only I knew. And at the end of it all, the final antagonist of the game, the undefeatable boss… the Spirit King, was waiting. But could I even make it to the end? Could I conquer a game where defeat was the only certainty? A game that was now my reality! “Ah, fuck it.” I had no idea if I could, but I sure as hell was going to try. Extorting extras, manipulating main characters, twisting the story to my advantage, stealing the hero’s cheat items, killing villains before they could become threats - nothing was beneath me. Would the main characters be affected? Who cares! Would the story change? Even better! All I cared about was me—my survival, my life, my choices. “I will live this life with no regrets.” …But as I soon discovered, fate was not easily changed. And the price of altering one's destiny was steep.

Weakest Beast Tamer Gets All SSS Dragons

"Dragons and their spawn rule the skies, the land, and the seas... humanity survives in the cracks, dreaming of a comeback." _____ Power comes from the beast you tame at the tender age of ten. Wolves, hawks, snakes, spiders, chimeras, the stronger your summon, the brighter your future. Too bad for our protagonist. When everyone else summoned salamanders, eagles, troll dogs(not doge) or tigers, he got… Well, let’s just say the only thing lower on the food chain is dirt. Laughed at, bullied, and living as the butt of every joke, he’s not exactly winning. But giving up isn’t an option... His aging parents sold everything for his "failed" chance, and he won’t let it be for nothing. But hey, this is his story. The weakest beast tamer? Here’s the thing about being at the bottom: it teaches you how to climb. And dragons? Turns out they start small too, so... He’s going to tame everything, every evolutionary line. How? Step one: survive long enough to unlock his gift. Step two: tame creatures nobody else dares to touch. Step three: become the strongest tamer the world has ever seen. As kingdoms crumble under greed and external threats, the weakest tamer begins his rise. Follow his path as he unlocks a potential so rare, so terrifying, it leads to dragons… Every evolutionary line leads to the strongest ‘SSS Dragons’. _______ Warning: Contains world-ending dragons, ridicule-fueled underdog revenge, dragon-scaled protagonist, morally questionable nobles, insane creature evolutions and enough twists to make you wonder if weakest really means luckiest. A MC who’s out to prove everyone wrong… even if it kills him. Spoiler alert: It won’t. For those who love a whole lot of fun, this one’s for you. If you’re looking for a darker story, look somewhere else (Maybe Utopian System (;) This one’s about having fun, taming dragons and expectations. _______ If you want to know more about the cover: Yep, that's Luna, the FL... Her skin and clothes are morphing into shimmering scales from her dragon power. Remember Sailor Moon? Magical girls? Now imagine if the magical outfit wasn’t a cute dress, but an actual dragon! The dragon is the dress. Oh, and don’t miss the cool horns. It’s not just fashion; it’s fusion. High-level beasts tend to leave their mark, and Luna wears it like a boss, pulling off the ultimate power move. _______ We will use the same Discord from my first book, come join! https://discord.gg/W3CjfC2cw4 _______ Silly tags that seem to matter a lot to some readers: No Yaoi, No Yuri, Possibly Harem (Vote! I can write either, and in any case, there will be multiple girls. The only difference is whether he chooses one in the end or goes the "liberal" route.... democracy is yours!), No NTR.

Shocked voices could be heard from the people and there was some which were also filled with scorn. Grey stood dazed amidst all the noises without any reactions. Grey asked himself over and over again **************** Unbeknownst to Grey, something greater lies in wait in his body.... *************** Check out the book, leave a review after reading, and also your powerstones. Hope you enjoy this, and Thanks for reading ^_^ P.S: When I started this book I had zero writing experience, so the first chapters aren't that great, although, my writing quality has improved over time. Also, English isn't my first language, so there are some instances where my choice of words are not good enough for what I'm trying to portray. A heads up, the book will be using a medieval setting. My world building is not the best, but it gets better over time, so bear with me on the early chapters! P.S: Cover art not mine I just edited it. If you're the owner and want me to take it down you can notify me. Other novel: Lunar:Secret Guardians Check it out as well! Discord Server: https://discord.gg/gs68a4ZzaN
