The first encounter

It was the first day of high school as a freshman and I was terrified of what was to come from those 7 hours of hell. I got up early in the morning to do my makeup all cute and pretty so that I could make a good first impression on everyone. I dressed up real nice eat my breakfast and got in the car with my mom and my brother to go to my first day of high school. There was a lot of traffic mostly because everyone was rushing to get to school and see there friends, but not me. I was the kind of girl that hung out with the wrong group of friends because I couldn't find out who I really was, but earlier that year i had lost the only two friends I truly had. Since then I really didn't have any close friends, I mostly hung out with different people everyday because I didn't want to be a burden to anyone. Not only did I not have any friends, but my grades were also terrible I was getting mostly C on my report cards and I even got an F one time. I wouldn't really try that hard in classes I would mostly try and hang out with the popular girls in class to make new friends. Little did I know I actually did make a new friend, she was popular and friends with the most popular girl in school. That didn't really matter to me though because I though she was just playing with me at first because I mean who would want to be friends with a fat nobody like myself. Though I thought she was just a fake I still talked and hung out with her and surprisingly we became pretty good friends by the end of the year.
