THOUSANDS OF PHYSICIANS CAN'T BEAT ME

The marriage contract between the two states only made peace last for a little second. The emperor of Zhou was always looking for a way to bring war. On the other hand, the emperor of Wei did his best to prolong the peace allowing the people of Zhou to take advantage of him and his state as much as they wanted. The empress of Wei worried about her husband and went to see Lei Wu Ying who was also the emperor's sister.

"Thank you." The empress said taking a sip of the tea Lei Wu Ying had served her.

"I can understand your worries. But, brother is right in doing this. The emperor of Zhou is obviously trying to provoke senior brother (emperor). As long as he doesn't give in, he will able to prevent a pending diaster." Lei Wu Ying said.

" We have already given Rong'er yet they are not satisfied. They are like greedy wolves that will never be full." The empress of Wei said.

"Be rest assured. I will go personally to talk to the emperor of Zhou myself. I know that with my position, I'm not supposed to but I will do it just so that everything can be straightened out." Lei Wu Ying said.

The next day, the Mistress of Earth Honor Palace, Lei Wu Ying did exactly as she promised arriving at the palace of Zhou. The emperor of Zhou didn't even dare to keep her waiting given her title as a sect leader. Aeeiving with his entourage following him, Lei Wu Ying got up to greet the emperor.

"Greetings Your Majesty. Sorry for coming unannounced." Lei Wu Ying said.

" You are forever welcome in the palace. Sect leaders are considered messengers of heaven. I mean how else could the five sects have achieved such a great feat in the battle before?" The emperor of Zhou asked smiling as he took his seat.

"Heaven was indeed kind to us. If it wasn't that Brother Sun Chen had received such a precious gift, we won't have won. Anyway this isn't why I am today." Lei Wu Ying said taking her own seat after the emperor had signaled her to.

"I know. You sect leaders only come when it's something urgent. Tell me. What is it?" The emperor of Zhou asked.

"Your Majesty, are you aware that your officials are constantly bullying Wei state. I find it very unbelievable. The marriage contract has been signed between the two states, how could they still be bullying them. I definitely don't think that you knew about this, did you?" Lei Wu Ying asked indirectly forcing the emperor.

He wouldn't dare to admit that he was the mastermind behind it. Plus, this would also force his hand into stopping it.

"Yes. I certainly didn't know about this. I will make sure to get to the bottom of this. This is very disgraceful for me. How could they stoop so low as to force Wei in the name of war? The last thing I want is this war. A lot of people would die and the citizens would be purged into great suffering." The emperor of Zhou said making Wu Ying smile.

"If that is the case, I will now thank you in advance. Normally, I wouldn't dare to come here and ask you this but this is for the sake of the people. Hope you can understand." Lei Wu Ying said.

"Of course." The emperor of Zhou said watching as Lei Wu Ying stood up.

"I shall now take my leave." Wu Ying said leaving the door.

After the emperor was sure she had left, the emperor got furious throwing the cup he had been holding to the ground. The servants around him immediately fell to the ground hiding their faces.

"What are you getting angry for? This is what happens when you are incompetent." The emperor of Zhou heard a voice say.

Looking around, the emperor of Zhou watched as a man in black fur appeared. This hair had been packed neatly in a black hairpin. He looked very scary. Getting up from his seat immediately, the emperor fell to his knees. Something he would never do in front of the five Chiefs.

"Second Evil. You. What are you doing here?" The emperor of Zhou asked stammering.

"Isn't it almost that time of the month? Don't you need the antidote?" Second Evil asked circling the emperor.

The servants present still kept their heads to the ground. Just when they thought the emperor's anger was a sign of bad omen, the second most powerful man among the evil sects just had to visit the palace.

"I do. I was planning to come to the sect to collect the antidote. I had previously sent some of my people to go to the sect and collect the antidote. That seemed to annoy Head Evil. He sent their heads to me in a box." The emperor of Zhou said.

"The people you send don't know how to talk. That's why their heads came back. Your Majesty, don't think that all your physicians combined can beat me. I was the one who made that poison. No one can save you unless you come to the sect. Stop running. Its of no use." The emperor heard Second Evil say and closed his eyes.

Second Evil was right. It was of no use to run. Actually, he had not dared to go back to the evil sect because he was afraid of Head Evil's anger. Demons feared Sun Chen, and humans feared Head Evil. It was like a law that ruled the land. In order to beat all his brothers and succeed the throne, he had made a pact with the devil. He got his heart desire and became king. But just like there's a downside when you make a pact with tbe devil, there was also a downside to the deal he'd made. He'd been poisoned with the worst kind of poison.

"I understand. I shall go to the sect immediately. Second Evil, please help me with the antidote. Please. My son is little. I can stand the poison but he can't." The emperor of Zhou said.

"Ah, Zhou Feng. I heard you had a crown prince. Just that I'd never seen him. Such a pity. He will have to die unless you report back to the sect. Don't forget. You have such little time left." Second Evil said.

" I will report. I will report immediately to the sect." The emperor of Zhou said crawling on his hand and kneels to beg while Second Evil turned away.

"You better." Second Evil said leaving.

Immediately Second Evil had left, the servants and guards ran out of the room immediately leaving only the emperor.

The next day, the emperor of Zhou reported back to the headquarters of the evil sect as he had promised. The headquarters of the evil sect was indeed different from the righteous sects. In order to get there, there were many dangers to pass through. The emperor of Zhou arrived using his martial arts to land safely on the arena. The arena wasn't that big since it was surrounded by poisonous waters. The more people fell into it, the more poisonous it would become.

A disciple dressed in black led the emperor of Zhou. This was his second time coming there since he ascended the throne. Leading him to the front of a door, the emperor of Zhou watched as the disciple turned around leaving immediately. Pushing the door open slowly, the emperor of Zhou felt cold air hit him. The room looked empty. There was no one inside.

"Anyone here? My lord." The emperor of Zhou said calling out for someone.

Meanwhile, Head Evil and Second Evil stood watching him from a corner on the top floor. The room was generally dark and the only place that had light was the place where the Head Evil usually sat.

"Why again are we keeping him? He is as useless as any fool can be." Second Evil said.

" Because he is the key for the war to start. When the war starts, bad aura will be released. It is enough to strengthen the Queen of Dark Abyss." Head Evil said glancing at his second smiling.

Glancing at the emperor of Zhou who was looking all over for them, Head Evil down along with Second Evil.

"Welcome, Your Highness." Head Evil said smiling.
