First attack

"Good morning Zenkai," Hikari said as she entered Zenkai's room.

"Morning" Zenkai got up and went into the restroom.

"I think it's time for you to tell the citizens what's going to happen," Hikari said as she picked out an outfit for him.

"Yeah, I'll do that right now summon the citizens for me."

"What's happening we haven't seen the king in a long time since that explosion happened near the castle," Said one of the citizens.

Zenkai came to the balcony and stood on the rail and talked on the edge the crowd got scared then calmed down.

"Hello residents of Jadia, I have a lot to say and I need your trust but I can't expect you to trust me if I keep lying so lemme start by telling the truth."

Zenkai jumped off the balcony 3 stories up and landed on the ground he sat on the floor and closed his eyes.

"My name is not Kiseki," Zenkai told them as he opened his eyes.

The crowd started chattering and the crowd got loud then a random person yelled something out.

"Then who are you and why did you lie to us."

"My name is Zenkai the reason I lied to you was that I was marked dead almost a year and a half ago. I'm from the Kaijo region in Naslands I'm sure y'all heard what went down there but what I'm about to tell you now will scare you guys but please don't freak out."

Zenkai breathed in and let it out.

"Jadia is going to war with Hiroshima."

The crowd was silent then got loud and some people started crying.

"What the hell is wrong with you" A man shouted out.

"Yeah this is what happens when you make a child-king they just think war is fun" another one shouted.

"Everyone shut up," Anbu said as he walked out of the castle.

"The way y'all are acting right now Zenkai is older than y'all."

The crowd got quiet.

"Have y'all got no respect and trust in the king y'all selected? he showed his worth during the fight now trust him to protect y'all" Anbu told them as he turned around and stood behind Zenkai.

"The dragon on his back and his golden eyes. Could that be the Dragon Ranker?" A man asked.

"Yeah, if he's going to war with us we can't lose."

They all got happy and a felt sense of relief and Zenkai noticed that Anbu's presence was making people feel safer so he decided not to tell them he won't be fighting.

"The King of Hiroshima picked the fight and said he wants Jadia under his control which I can't allow so we will handle them," Zenkai told them.

"With what Army" a random shouted out in the back he then jumped up and threw knives at Zenkai's head but Vannox made a shadow out the ground and caught them before it touched Zenkai."

Five more people came running out of the crowd and toward Zenkai he backed up and caught their attacks.

The residents ran away and fled the scene.

"THE KING IS UNDER ATTACK" one man yelled.

"Who are you," Zenkai said as he was holding onto the guy's arm.

Anbu stepped up

"I know them, those are Rankers high-level ones at that so you should probably retreat"

Zenkai smiled as he cracked his knuckles.

"Retreat to where? This is my home by the way and also wouldn't this be a good way to show Jadia that I'll shield them no matter what."

Zenkai kicked the man back and all five of the Rankers regrouped.

"Tell me what's your rank."

"The weakest one here is rank 15 and the strongest is rank 7 good luck figuring out who's who though I know you plan on reporting us to the government but don't worry we are more of a rouge Ranker now so the government is the least of our worries."

"Ok so what do you need"

"Just here to send you a message from Moncler himself."

"Earlier you asked me "what army" right well this is good timing so let me show you the two most annoying people I fought in my life."

Zenkai grinned "come to light my demons"

A hand came out of the ground and a body came through and another one also appeared they stood before Zenkai with human flesh they didn't even look dead.

"These two gave me hell itself back then let's see if you got what it takes to face them

"Pull"

The Rankers got pulled toward him but the one who threw the weapon at Zenkai didn't move.

"This is what you'll bring to war," the man said as he laughed, Zenkai noticed he was hardening his feet."

The other one walked toward the standing Ranker and with every step, he took the ground was freezing under him.

"I've always hated the heat you know and you seem to be giving off a lot of heat energy from your feet so let me cool you down," he said as he appeared in front of him.

"Wait Jx lemme try something," Zenkai said as he turned away from them.

He then turned his body quick and looked toward the Ranker's spot and all of a sudden the Ranker was gone.

"Wow that worked"

Jx and Shin disappeared and Zenkai looked at Vannox who was just standing there with his hands in his pockets.

"How are you doing Vannox"

"Open" Vannox said as a dark shadow appeared out the ground and spit out the rest of the Rankers.

"It was easy"

Zenkai called in the guards to take away the Rankers and he brought everyone back he used this as evidence to show they started this war and Jadia won't back down he asked for people to fight with him and he will supply them with the best types of equipment possible.

He walked into the castle and looked at the clock

"Can't believe I turn 19 in just a couple of months"

Vannox came next to him.

"Yeah, and it's making me scared the closer we get the faster my heart beats."

Zenkai put his fist up toward Vannox

"Don't worry we will get you unmarked I promise you that."

Vannox gave Zenkai a fist bump and smiled

"Yeah, I trust you."
