Haruto stood straight after he washed his face. He looked into his reflection in the mirror. There, he saw a young man with short black hair and average face. It's not to the point that people call him ugly nor handsome. It's between the two, the face of an average mob character.

Despite that he possessed a well built body. He was extremely athletic as he trained his body to its limit everyday.

He joined many clubs to find what he enjoyed the most. He joined Kendo, Karate, Judo, Basketball, Track and Field, etc. but he didn't find what he wanted to do. Well he did enjoyed it a little, but in truth, deep inside him he already know what he wants the most.

He wants a very thrilling adventures where he would discover a lot of new things. But there's almost no place that's left for him to discover in this world except the world under the sea. He always love to watched an adventure genre movies where the main character would discover a path below the earth. He also watched those documentaries about the new planets that were discovered or the new species found under the sea.

A lot of time had passed and he's a university student.

Haruto nodded at his look. He turned around and wear a casual clothes. Picking up his bag, he exited his room and walked straight to the university he's attending.

He seriously listened and took down notes from the lectures of his professors. During the lectures, he felt his phone vibrated which was inside his pocket.

He looked at it and saw his friend sent him a message.

'Wanna hit a karaoke?'

He read the message and sent his reply. It's really boring and he wanted to do something to passed his time. After that, he went back to listen to the professor.

...

"Hais... Rin dump you!"

A man in his early twenties said while passing Haruto a cigarette. He's Haruto's friend since highschool, Iori Matsuda.

"Yeah."

Haruto nodded and received the cigarette. He put it in his mouth and lit it up.

"It's hard to find a girl that's compatible to you."

Iori said while blowing a smoke. He already introduced a lot of girls to Haruto but those girls didn't even stay at him for a long time.

What to say?

Haruto have lot of good qualities but there's one thing that girls don't like about him. How to say this? Girls always says that he's a chuuni.

Chuuni? Yeah, as in 8th Grader Syndrome.

Iori sometimes found Haruto spacing out muttering things like "I want to go to another world" or "I will accomplish that things" or something like "I feel like I've been born in the wrong era".

He knows that Haruto was an adventurous man that's why he decided to recommend him to become a Seaman. But Haruto declined and said that he just want to watched a lot of movies and write books.

He doesn't really get Haruto. In highschool, Haruto joined a lot of sports club and excel in it but he eventually quit. And then, Haruto started watching movies then anime. Then, he would get some news that Haruto tried bungee jump and other extreme activities alone. These news freak him out and Yuki. All in all, Haruto did many things that he haven't tried up until now.

"How about Yuki?"

"Nope, she's a friend, I don't want to ruin our friendship."

Haruto said. He like Yuki, as a friend. He doesn't have any romantic feelings for her so being a friend was enough for him.

"Let's not talk about that! Let's go to karaoke and enjoy!"

Iori shook his head.

"Sure."

Haruto followed behind him as both of them went to the nearest karaoke.

It's already dark when Haruto returned to his apartment.

He then felt his phone vibrated. He checked and saw that someone send him a link to an app.

He tap the link and his screen turned black.

"What?! Don't tell me... It's a scam!"

After a few moments, the screen returned and there's a new app added to his phone.

"What?! Just like that I already installed the app!"

He felt strange to this app. It has a mysterious feeling that he couldn't describe.

Feeling this, he search the name of the app in internet. But no matter what he do he couldn't find the same app. Then, he checked the message on his phone and saw that it was already gone.

"What the hell is this?"

He muttered while looking at the small black serpent icon of the app.

"God World Game...?"

It was the first time he heard this game.

It must be some sort of virus, right?

The mysterious vibe he's feeling was urging him to tap the icon.

"Well, there's nothing to lose."

He said as he tap the icon of the game.

Once again, the screen turned black and row of words slowly appeared.

[Welcome to the God World Game!]

The words were written in a very plain font.

Soon, the words disappeared and new words appeared.

[Checking the player's stats!]

A red light flashes from his phone. It scanned his body from head to toe.

"Wha-What the hell is that?!"

He was surprised that he almost loosen his grip on his phone.

Once again, words appeared in his phone but this words were different from before.

He saw his figure on the left and his stats on the right. He doesn't have any idea how the hell did this game know his name and his body figure.

No, don't tell me... that light from before scanned his body and base on that the game wrote his stats in numbers like in the other games.

"This...?"

Haruto looked at it with a frown. This game really have high features. Since, it doesn't hurt him he tap the words [Orlando Continent].

As soon as he tap his phone, it emitted a bright white light and covered his entire body.

Swoosh!

The light disappeared in just a few seconds but Haruto also disappeared along with the white light.

In an unknown place, a white light appeared in the middle of a forest. It brought down a humanoid figure.

Thud!

"Argh!" Haruto held his head as he felt a slight pain.

"What was that?"

He saw his phone on the ground. He reached out and picked it up. He put it inside his pocket before he stood up and scanned his surroundings.

"Where am I?"

His brain was working to its limit. Various ideas kept coming in his mind about his situation.

He finally understood that he arrived in another world because of that strange game.

"Isn't this what I want?"

He couldn't help but tremble in excitement. He checked his phone and saw something that he needs.

Haruto read with a frown on his face. He had an idea about what's happening in this world.

Zombie outbreak, huh?

It's like those movies that he watched before so he had a general idea what he should do.

And the hint... He should find and kill some zombies before he dissect it.

He doesn't have any weapon right now. So he have to be extra careful of his surroundings. The word "Mutated" made him feel unease. It mist those zombies and animals that's stronger than ordinary people.

It's still daylight and it made him easy to exit this forest.

In just 30 minutes, he arrived in the nearest city, the Galgon City.

Zombies were walking around everywhere around the city. The tall buildings looked like it were abandoned for a long time. Lights were flickering in some of the buildings. Trash were around and it smell like a rotten piece of meat.

"Whoa! This looks really bad!"

Haruto muttered as he hid his body at the entrance of the city. He observed the zombies and found that they were too slow. Swinging around while walking.

Gulp!

Looking at the rotten corpse, he felt that he was about to puke everything that he ate this morning.
