A Serious Meeting

"You've changed a lot huh... Chiyo..." I whispered silently as I calmed down, then gave the results to the oni.

"How did you do this?! This is amazing Nii-sama! Quick, now show me yours!" My excited sister said, and I immediately gave her mine.

"Wow! You're amazing Nii-sama! You even have three of those thing, but you've gotta take care of your body more! Yours is nothing compared to mine, and I haven't even activated my oni abilities yet!" Praised the oni, then rebuked me with a smug face.

"Is that really necessary?!!! And I just got a new body recently! Not like my old one can compare to yours tho... But still! I train everyday you know?! I'll catch up sooner or later..." I complained, trying to find an excuse to wipe off the smugness on this oni's face.

"Still... You've gotten stronger Lu, I guess I don't need to worry too much about it." Said Chiyo with a gentle smile, calling me as she used to before. I pulled the oni into me, and hugged her.

"Yeah... I'm a lot stronger now, so don't worry too much Chiyo... I won't go away... I promise that." I decided on teleporting us straight to our room, while I pampered the oni. I let her cling to my chest as we went into bed silently. It didn't take long for her to sleep in my arms, while I followed suit.

"... I will hold you to that promise, so you better not break it..... No..... I won't let you break it.... Never again...." I heard a vague voice as a blurry silhouette stared straight at me. Taking it as nothing, I succumbed to my dreams.

'In a room at the top of Tenshukaku, the important people gathered. The atmosphere was tense, and each one of them are completely silent. A serious meeting! Seriously serious as it can ever be... They only waited for someone to break the silence.'

"So what are we doing here Lu?!" 'A whining Makoto said, stopping my narration.' I looked at each person here slowly, before my mouth moved.

"A Serious Meeting!" I proclaimed with my most serious (Serious face)* to those who were present. On my right side are the tengus and an oni, Sara, Reizenbou, Yoshitsune, and Chiyo being the closest to me. While in the left are the twin gods, Ei and Makoto.

"Serious my ass! The last time you did something like this, is only because you're bored and decided on a tengu flying race!" Little tengu Reizenbou berated as the others nodded, except the bewildered Sara.

"That's right! I'm busy you know, I still have to handle the Kanjou Commission as you schemed! Don't get me wrong, I'm only doing this because Ei said so! Okay?!" The whining former archon shouted.

'When did she became a tsundere?! They really are sisters....tho the other one is a bit crazy....' I thought silently.

"I agree with them, my lord. It's not fun to always be played by your schemes." Added Yoshitsune to the flame. I looked to the two nearest to me, pleading for help.

"You reap what you sow." Said Ei blankly.

"It's fine Nii-sama! That trait of yours doesn't lower your attractiveness! I think....." I deflated in my seat, as the two I trusted the most betrayed me.

"Is this your workshop Lu?" Asked Ei to change the topic, after noticing many unfamiliar things in the room.

"No it isn't! But the secret entrance to get inside the workshop is here!" Answered Chiyo on my behalf, filled with smugness as she stared at the archon. Me and the others unconsciously moved away, sensing some dangerous sparks from the two.

"Then I'll be direct and state the reason why I called a meeting. As Makoto said earlier, she would handle the seat of the Kanjou Commissioner from now on. Makoto, I want you to focus on the Sangonomiya side of things, and let the Hiiragi Clan handle the other stuff. The previous head already got arrested for his crimes against the Shogunate, but why not make use of their abilities with an order from the Raiden Shogun, to mend their mistakes?" I quickly stated, breaking the two from their staring contest. Makoto heard everything and nodded, even if she's still whining about it.

"Reizenbou will take the seat of the Tenryou Commissioner, I hope you don't mind Sara." I continued, then looked at the two I mentioned.

"I agree with it, your majesty. I think being a general fits me more." Sara replied with a smile.

"I'm okay with the arrangements too, nothing much changed anyway. I'm still under you like I've always been, and I'm grateful for that dad." Little Reizenbou said with a cheeky smile. 

'I only adopted her alright?!' I grimaced to myself, as I never thought of hearing that again from her.

"I need you to help Sara, Yoshitsune. Sara, come near me for a bit and show me one of your hand." I ordered my most trusted aid, and to the newest tengu. Yoshitsune nodded with loyalty as usual, while Sara followed my orders with confusion.

"Take this and trade me your vision. This will allow you to handle both pyro and electro element as long as you trained hard enough for it." I said, and put a different-looking tengu mask on her hands. I used electro and pyro on my two hands to show her that I'm not lying.

"I'm grateful for this gift, your majesty!" Sara got out of her daze and exclaimed, immediately kneeling as a sign of loyalty.

"Calling me Lu is enough compensation for me, Sara. I'll be leaving my old tengu mask to you, think of it as a sign of my trust. I even specifically picked the pyro element to complement your strictness and fiery beauty, you know?" I strategically* said, helping the blushing tengu stand up by her hands.

"Ahem! I want you and Yoshitsune to start training the army on using the elements without a vision. I will continue on producing the Mystic Codes that helps with controlling the elements, and give them to the promising ones. I'll be leaving the decision on who to pick to the both of you. Yoshitsune will be able to help a lot on training them Sara, so make use of this battle maniac to the fullest." I noticed the others staring at me with those looks, so I continued, throwing a small jab at the end to my trusted tengu for what she said earlier.

"I'll comply with your orders, my lord." Said the embarrassed Yoshitsune, then took the blushing Sara back to their seats.

"Makoto, we'll be visiting Sangonomiya Island as soon as I'm done talking with the last of the Tri-Commission. Get used to being the head first, as I need to check on some stuff before we depart." I ordered to the whining Makoto, lastly, finally done with everything I need to talk about to the rowdy bunch.

'First the army, then I'll build schools for the common folks to access the elements. No need to fear Celestia, as I worked silently on making a barrier for the whole Inazuma Archipelago. Unless they have enough time to check on Teyvat, which they don't, since they only sent the archons and one god from their side during the Cataclysm. So it should be fine.'

'Hell! The Tsaritsa pretty much armed her Fatuis with delusions to control the elements, so what's the difference?! I also already sent a letter to her for a little chat, so all I need to do now is wait for her response. I gotta thank her myself for the gifts after all! I'm a bastard, but not an ungrateful one!' I wanted to continue my long ass monologue to think about my plans, but the others stopped it as they started talking with each other noisily.

I joined in with the others and we had a pleasant chat about nothing in particular, just a peaceful talk after the meeting to get along with each other. Once we're done, we separate one by one for our own things. The twin gods went to the Kanjou Commission to convince* them about the changes, the tengus left to do my order, and I was able to get my free time by persuading Chiyo to visit Yoimiya.

'It wasn't really that peaceful... but I did my best at keeping a safe zone throughout our discussion. I definitely didn't do anything to make it worse!..... Believe me!.....'

'Ehem, then about where I am headed to. I'm currently on the way to the Kamisato Estate. Exciting right?! A visit permit or an invitation?!............. What's that?!'
