Dropped into the Abyss.

AN:I fixed some things in previous chapters so, yeah look at them again and if you still have questions comment. Also I have no excuse for not writing for so long and I apologize, I will try to get out 4 chapters this week because I'm on spring break and can write without being interrupted by school. Cool with that out of the way Did I get anyone with the title? Please tell me I did, I always wanted to do this. Anyway enjoy the chapter.

After one more week of torturous arguing between Canglong and Elder sister her condition was finally stabilized and we could leave.

"Where are we going Elder sister?"

"We'll find out when we get there."

"See brat! This is what you get for trusting her in the first place."

Elder sister waved her arm's around seeming to enjoy her body being free from poison for the first time in millions of years. You wouldn't be able to tell from her face though.

"Let's go."

Finally no longer flailing about Elder sister grabs me by the neck(which is technically most of my body) and runs through a special tear she just formed.

As I look at Elder sisters handiwork with awe Canglong finally decides to stop being a prick.

'this is what a good understanding of space laws looks like. Though I was much better in my prime,'

I take it back.

'I can feel you insulting me brat'

"Anyway Elder sister what are you trying to find?"

'Hey don't change the subject brat!'

I asked because even though I couldn't sense far enough to tell were we were I could feel us looping and turning randomly.

*AN: I see the inside of special tears like the wormhole in interstellar.

"I'm looking for Shen Xi."

"Your looking for my daughter!"

"We were both the disciples of Li Suo. And she is a friend."

"Can you sense Canglongs daughter?"

"Barely, there is a trace but it is very faint and it doesn't really make sense or lead anywhere."

"Young master who are you talking about?"

Oh shoot forgot they were here. Canglong called them / dragged them to us a month before I got the poison out of Elder sister. It gave her something to do since they were too weak to resist the pressure down at the bottom of the lake.

"My Daughter the dragon princess and Bing Nushen were fellow disciples of Li Suo the creation goddess of life until Bing'er was poisoned and my daughter disappeared into the Heaven Punishing Ancestral Sword."

The two Flood dragons seemed to want to ask more but Elder sister interrupted us.

"I lost the trace, but I found a place to play."

We stopped in front of a hole that seemed to suck in all light.

"What are we doing outside of the Eternal Soul Abyss?"

AN: I made this up but does this sound Xianxia enough?

"The what! Why are we here Elder sister?"

"I thought it would be fun."

"Fun! It would be fun! The things in there could kill the brat with a sneeze."

"But I'm here so he will be safe."

"I refuse to put my safety in your hands. let alone allow you to drag the kid in with you."

"Hey! Stop ignoring me! At least tell me what is in there specifically?"

"Well it might have changed since we were out and about. But back then the most powerful thing in there was Black Dragon at the level of true god."

"Oh so a relative of yours Canglong?"

"No. It never spoke, it was like a beast constantly raging throughout the abyss. It never could get out of the entrance. Maybe it was sealed in there?"

Elder sister seemed to perk up when we started talking about the Black Dragon.

"It had black fire too. It could melt my ice when it was first found by us. It was annoying because the inside is just as black as the entrance, any light comes from the beings living inside. It even scorched my wings! It took forever to get them to look correct again!"

Wow, that's the first time Elder sister has raised her voice or seemed genuinely angry about something.

"HA! You stupid bird! Of course you would be concerned with how your wings looked like while fighting a god level enemy."

Tuning out the taunts and jabs from the bickering gods I look around now that we stopped. A seemingly infinite stretch of pitch black with innumerable different colored stars each seeming to emanate a specific law Even being millions of kilometers away I could still vaguely feel the ones leaning toward fire or lightning with there slightly aggressive impression or the ones leaning toward wind or water giving off a cooling sensation. they all seemed to mesh together into a strangely full feeling sky that is sparsely populated with light .

AN: I tried describing this at least a little bit better than I usually do but it seems awkward to me. What do you think?

Seeing that Canglong and Elder sister are still catfighting I decide to cultivate at least a bit while waiting for them to finish.

3rd person pov.

As Haoquin's profound energy began circulating the gate into the Abyss began to crack without Bing Nushen noticing and from the crack an insidious black tendril of profound energy seemingly invisible to the two gods in it's way. As the tendril lengthened it slowly enveloped Haoquin's shrunken form entering his body and mind still unnoticed by Canglong even though they are connected. The black tendril expanded into a mist that sunk into Haoquins flesh permeating it without him noticing invading deeper and deeper until it reached his very core, His god core to be exact. Somehow his god core could sense the invasion and tried to warn its host but it was suppressed before it could act and the mist continued on uninterrupted. encircling and enveloping his god core until the former gold orb was pure black. As if it had found what it was searching for the mist latched on to a section of Haoquins soul and began tearing it out violently.

Mc Pov.

I was cultivation and nearing the breakthrough to the 7th of divine origin when suddenly I couldn't feel my body anymore It was like I had separated form it. But before I could become worried about it a wave of unending pain hit me and my world turned white.
