at the time, the 'Seraphim' was undergoing a evolution quest, to evolve into the main species 'Seraphim of Divine Celestialis', which he would have later achieve allowing him to boost to the [ B-Rank ].
after all the currently [ SSS-Rank ] 'Beta Human' was the head of one of the top 70 'beta human' families, being a powerhouse of the world capable of inflicting multiversal damage, although of course the second a person became a [ A-Rank ] they were seeing as individuals known as [ Monarchs ], and we're basically higher dimensional entities, with only their offspring remaining on earth.
