Chapter 6: Marry me !

Gladys looked Alyssa almost tearing up. She really didn't want to see her daughter pass through this because of her stupid brother . She wished she could stop her and go there by herself but was this possible.

' Dear , I won't allow that man to use you. Am surely going to do something. " Gladys said innery as she watched Alyssa complete her meal.

" Mom , I will take my leave now. " Alyssa said after recieving a message from Herman telling her that he was waiting from the parking.

" Wow , You look fantastic today ! " Herman said when he saw Alyssa coming out from the house.

" Really ? " Alyssa joked.

" Of course. Your killing someone. " Herman Said with a grin.

" Stop teasing me. Let's go ! " Alyssa said pinching Herman's cheek before she entered the car.

" Can't believe you are really going to be the leading actress of the next movie. Do you know how happy I am ? " Herman said as he drove off.

" Of course it's been my dream you know. And so happy that. making you proud of me. " Alyssa scoffed.

" Your right. Am really proud of you. " Herman affirmed.

Calcel was doing some work from his office when he called secretary May inside.

" Sir , You called for me. " May said with a low bow.

" Sure , Did you finish the assignment I gave you ? " Calcel asked looking at her.

" Yes sir .Here it is ! " May said giving him the file.

" You are really amazing. " Calcel commented.

" It's my work sir. I actually forgot to tell you that Mr Wong said that you he's going to pay off Mrs Stuart's debt. " May informed.

" Why so suddenly ? " Calcel asked. He had read through all the company documents and realized it was demanding Mrs Stuart some money.

" Am also not sure but I heard that her daughter visited him earlier. So am sure they settled the issue. " May said.

" Who is the daughter ? " Calcel asked.

" Am not sure of who she is but I will do research. " May promised.

" Okay , That's so good. Find everything and tell me. Am going for a meeting now " Calcel said and got up to leave when May stopped him.

" Sir , Wait a bit ! " May said abs suddenly walked closer to him.

" What is it ? " Calcel asked with a frown.

May raised her her arms and held the collars of Calcel's shirt organising them very well. As she did this , Calcel got the chance to observe everything on her face. ' She is really beautiful ' He thought but then he remembered the girl he bumped into earlier and concluded that the so called Alyssa was a little cuter than May.

After this , May moved back and smiled. " I was organising your collar. " After this May left the office without turning back to look at Calcel whose gaze was still on her.

The shooting was done when Herman came to Alyssa with two drinks.

" The photos were wow ! " Herman commented as he sat besides her.

" You know ? " Alyssa joked and they all laughed.

" We have to go to EE Entertainment , People are waiting for you to sign the autographs. " Herman informed after checking through the schedule from the phone.

" We better hurry otherwise I have an appointment in the evening. " Alyssa said.

" An appointment ? With who ? " Herman asked in Surprise.

" It's something personal. " Alyssa said with a soft smile.

" Okay , Drink this as an coming. " Herman said.

After that they headed to EE Entertainment the company which Alyssa had just signed a contract with. She had to finish everything in time such that she would meet Mr Wong ( David ).

That evening , Alyssa went back home to refresh herself. After the shower and applying some lotion , She wore a white cami top with a matching white high waist skirt shirt to let knee. After that she applied a soft makeup with just a lipgloss and wore black Cinderella slippers . She picked her purse and looked at herself through the mirror before leaving.

She arrived at Divine hotel when it was already dark. She wore black glasses not be recognized that quickly by anyone so there she was.

" Miss , How may l help you ? " The receptionist asked with a smile.

" I came to meet Mr Wong. Did he make any reservations ? " Alyssa asked.

The receptionist checked through the booking book and found it .

" Yes , He's in VIP room number 5. " She said.

" Ah.. Thanks. " Alyssa said and turned to leave when the receptionist stopped her.

" Ma'am , You look like Alyssa. Are you her by any chance ? "

Alyssa turned to her she says." I guess you are mistaken. But many people have told me so..." Alyssa lied and left.

She reached in the mentioned room and knocked the door when the person inside came to open for her. But to her surprise there was another person not Mr Wong.

" Sir , Is this....? " She asked with perplex.

" Ya. Mr Wong is waiting for you inside . " The man cut Alyssa off.

" Oh..I will get inside then. " Alyssa mumbled.

She found David already sitted on his sofa as he gulped down some wine .

" Hello sir..." Alyssa greeted with a bow.

" Come have a seat ! " David said without looking at her.

Alyssa walked closer and sat on the arm chair opposite David. The man who had opened the door for her also did the same. They all kept quite to listen to David's next words .

" Ms Alyssa , This my personal lawyer. He's called Jordan. " David introduced.

" Nice to meet you Lawyer Jordan. " Alyssa said giving a smile but in reality she was shivering.

" Nice to meet you Ms Alyssa. " Jordan replied back.

" Jordan , This is the daughter of the woman whom am demanding the money. She had signed the contract that incase she failed she would be jailed and all her family property would be in my hands. Do you remember that ? " David said and asked Jordan.

" Of course sir. She signed it in my presence. " Jordon affirmed.

" Alyssa is going to debt and there is only one way to do so. " David said and turned his gaze to Alyssa.

" Marry me ! " David declared.
