It was early in the afternoon. Dark as pitch-black, and the land was damped with silence. Only the cold breeze whispered amidst the calm and soundless skies. Though below it was a small settlement burning in crimson flames. Decimated beyond relief with rubbles everywhere. So straight to the point: We were not introduced to the main character in any way. Axel as a character, he is unknown to us, who is he, what does he look like? There is no backstory of how he got into Fairy Tail, why he calls Elsa sister, how he developed his feelings for Mira and infinitely many questions. The author seems to have painted all this for himself in his head, but forgot to add it to the story. It turns out that we are simply thrown into the middle of history. We can't empathize or be happy for Axel. As for me, this is the main problem in this story. Which for me personally does not allow me to immerse myself in the story, and also makes any twists of events useless and not interesting. In short, it's bad.
