Este extraño ser llamado sistema nos otorgó habilidades y capacidades sobre humanas. Aunque la activación de este tenía un inconveniente, solo se activaba en un humano si este sufría de un momento lo suficientemente traumático. El sistema nos condujo a un gran avance en todos los aspectos de la humanidad, obteniendo la tecnología suficiente para colonizar los planetas vecinos en unos pocos años. Esta fue la era dorada de la humanidad, pero al igual que un pájaro dorado, su gran ascensión solo es para que su descenso sea más rápido. Así empezó la era del gran exterminio. Monstruos empezaron a salir de las profundidades de la tierra, esto conllevo a que gran parte de la humanidad lograra despertar su sistema mediante las diferentes situaciones traumáticas que sufría cada uno, pero aun así no fue suficiente para enfrentar a estas criaturas salidas del infierno. Ya que estás empezaron a infectar a los humanos mediante un virus, haciéndolos más agresivos y sedientos de sangre, buscando la forma más dolorosa y grotesca para matarte, este virus también iba evolucionando con el tiempo convirtiendo a los humanos en grotescas masas de carne que se volvían putrefactas con el pasar del tiempo. Este virus se transmitió de humano a humano dejando a unos pocos. La gran mayoría lograron escapar hacia otros planetas mediante naves, pero los pocos que quedaron tuvieron que recluirse a un lugar que fue construido durante la época dorada de la humanidad llamada el laberinto de iniciación, hecho para el entrenamiento de los nuevos iniciados en el sistema, Otros optaron por búnkeres y otros… optaron por la muerte.
