Of course that is a last resort. The Descendants from the family definitely won't be stupid enough bring anyone here that they can't control.
''Greetings father.''
Just as they were talking, a blonde woman flashed and appeared in the Guardian Temple. Beside her was an old man with a long white beard reaching his toes.
''Have you brought someone to become your Guardian?''
Samuel glanced at the man and nodded in appreciation. He was clearly a High Rank 2 Warrior. And the girl was only a Middle Rank 1.
''Yes Father. This is Elder Cullings, he is approaching the end of his longevity so when I offered him the chance to continue to live he agreed.''
Samuel glanced at the man who bowed slightly.
''Greetings to the Family Head.''
''Haha good! As expected of one of my children. You actually managed to subdue a strong man.''
Samuel was appreciative here. Keep in mind the difficulty of subduing someone a whole large realm higher than you. Of course it is likely that it is only possible due to the family background.
However, regardless, it is a good thing for his daughter.
''Go. Show me how this works.''
Quickly the girl and the old man walked up to the tablets. They each placed their hand on one.
Suddenly their spiritual energy was drawn out of their body. WIth a faint flash it twisted and weaved turning into a floating pen.
The pen spun in the air, before landing on the wrinkled skin of the old man. It turned before forming a complex array of patterns. The sharp tip of the pen drew blood from the middle of the array before it flashed and a golden light flew between the girl's eyes.
''Done!''
She smiled satisfactorily.
On the other side, the old man held a look of reverence when he looked at the girl. No longer the mutual respect, but the eyes of a subordinate.
Even more importantly, the original dying breath of the man had disappeared. Replaced with a sense of vitality.
''Very good. A simple and quick procedure.''
Samuel nodded. It wasn't incredibly interesting but the effect was quite impressive.
''Family Head! Family Head! The test has finished!''
Just as Samuel was going to continue talking. A small man with a whip tied around his arm ran towards him.
As soon as Samuel heard it his body vanished. Half an hour later he reappeared in a basement hidden within A1's empire.
''The test has finally finished.''
Samuel smiled with satisfaction. In front of him in this basement there were 100 teenagers. Each of them with a fierce and bloodthirsty look on their faces. They looked at each other warily.
Samuels keen eyes noted that even while they were standing at attention, their body was ready to attack at any moment.
''Greetings Family Head.''
However as soon as Samuel appeared they showed their loyalty. Instantly kneeling on one knee uniformly.
''Haha! Excellent quality!''
Samuel happily smiled. Each of these children were surprisingly High Rank 1 Warriors! More importantly, they were excellently trained and ruthless.
In fact, these were Samuels special projects. Over a decade ago he placed ten thousand babies into this facility. The children were raised by the most brutal and powerful dogs of war he had.
More importantly, nothing was restricted.
Food was provided as was water, but if someone was more hungry they could take it from someone else!
If you lost your food, you wouldn't receive it anymore.
If you annoyed someone, you would be killed. If you messed up, you could be killed. And the teachers often held sparring matches for extra resources.
Although this is a Ruthless tactic. Samuel is confident that each of these children could defeat two or three people at the same level! And their usefulness isn't limited to that.
Even if he sends them out, they will definitely complete the mission doing anything possible. And there's no limit to their restrictions.
''From now on you are my Blood Guards.''
Samuel smiled happily. He finally saw the result.
In comparison to the Dark Guards, although they are more numerous and still talented, they are far from ruthless enough. And their actual combat power is typical without the boosters and other equipment.
And the Brocade Guards can't be used for simple things. Each of them are powerful warriors and the cornerstone of the Lanford Family right now.
However these BloodGuards are ideal. Their combat power is leagues above their peers, potentially able to compete with a Lower-Physique temporarily and their ruthless methods are efficient.
The only downside is that they are pretty expensive to train. Out of ten thousand warriors only one hundred survived.
For normal forces this is an impossible burden on their finances. Only one out of a hundred people are qualified to become Blood Guards!
''I give you permission to select one hundred thousand children to train into BloodGuards. I don't care how many survive as long as they are the best.''
Samuel turned towards a bulky man with a stern look on his face. The head of this facility.
Although the cost of one hundred thousand dogs of war for only a thousand Blood Guards is steep, Samuel still has the tomb allowing the children to remain alive.
And the benefits far outweigh the costs.
''Come with me.''
Samuel turned towards the Blood Guards and led them out of A1's empire. He wanted to test their efficiency.
