Chapter 15

During this period A1 called up A9 and A10 and they were both waiting in the bushes hoping to claim some benefits when they were both tired out.

And it was soon, Richard finally struggled to hold up against the offensive of the two warriors and tripped to the ground exhausted.

He had a variety of cuts spread across his body, the most shocking was the five inch deep incision on his back. If it wasn't for his vitality as a warrior he would've died immediately.

But the duo weren't great either. It takes spiritual energy to will the Artifact to move, so the small faced warrior had fallen to the ground exhausted as the other one was panting slightly from the exhaustion

The only difference is that they only had a few small wounds caused by their negligence.

But it was at this moment that A1 started to move.

Stepping out brandishing his sword he wasted no time as he swung it down towards the small faced man.

Without even giving him the chance to react the blade slid smoothly through his throat separating his head from his body.

''What? Brother?'' The other warrior didn't even have a chance to react before A9 and A10 jumped out from either side of him and impaled his chest with their blades.

''You fucking shits.'' Where his last words as he fell dead to the ground.

A1 walked up slowly towards Richard, his mind deciding what to do. Although he could kill Richard easily, he was thinking of him as a partner for A5.

''Richard, are you willing to marry someone of our choice if we save you?'' A1 said in a deep tone radiating his Mid Rank aura.

''Huh marry? Of course if you can save me I will!'' Richard was obviously eager, after all he was pulled back from death.

As for marrying someone? How could it be a bad thing especially with the support of three warriors.

But his main priority was just to survive. Everything can be debated once he's alive.

Of course A1 wasn't going to make it hard. As soon as he heard the statement he picked him up and began to treat his wounds.

He wasn't worried about Richard turning away and running, after all his strength is still above him. And A9 and A10 picked up the Pseudo Artifact as well as the dropped shield artifact.

Following that they began to search the bodies of the dead brothers. Only the small faced one had a small space backpack about the size of a suitcase within.

But shockingly enough there was a small pile of Spiritual Stones. After a quick count there were actually 7!

Of course there were also piles of herbs and a few were actually quite valuable. But they only added up to around 1 Spiritual Stone.

But while they were rummaging around their bags they found a small identification Plate from the TurtleBack Organisation.

Samuel had heard of this Organisation, it's relatively powerful. Apparently the leader is a Low Rank 2 Warrior.

They also have dozens of Warriors as a whole. Although not super powerful they are still a well known team in the local area.

As for how they gave an Artifact to a small warrior? It's currently unknown. Or maybe the small faced warrior found it on his own adventures and only brought it out when necessary.

Samuel wasn't particularly afraid of the Warrior Organisation, after all it is still in the category of Rank D.

Warrior Organisations follow a strict ranking scale, starting from Rank F and going up to Rank SSS. Rank Fs are the bottom of the barrel and currently the Organisation Samuel Exists in.

In order to be promoted you must have a warrior at the Middle Rank in the equivalent level. For example Rank F must have a Middle Rank 1 Warrior. Rank E must have a Middle Rank 2 Warrior and so on.

Although there is only a letter difference they are quite significant. Of course Samuel didn't want to compete with the rival organisation so quickly, but he wouldn't run away.

There are always enemies looking at other organisations so it is impossible for the Rank 2 warrior to journey and destroy the Dogs of War personally.

And this is if someone actually learns about this killing. Unless it is personally revealed by Richard then there is nothing to worry about.

After all there is no such thing as cross world life tracking as their current level. Only descendants such as Ceilia will have equipment and spells like that.

Considering there was such a large harvest as well as an injured person, A1 made the decision to send A9 back with the staff and Richard.

So ten minutes later a return portal was built and they disappeared with a puff.

As for A1 and A10, they both returned to adventuring. Although they already got an incredible harvest they still want to find some rarer fruits or herbs.

After all A1 knows himself how valuable these fruits can be, the screaming fruit gave A1 at least 50% stronger than an ordinary Middle Rank 1 Warrior. Not to mention it largely assisted him in breaking through to the middle Rank.

Take the rest of the Dogs of war as an example, none have even reached the peak of Low Rank 1 yet, it is estimated to be at least a year before a second Middle Rank 1 warrior appears.

This could be drastically reduced if they found a fruit that boosted spiritual power.

Spiritual Power isn't awfully important for the weak warriors, it isn't until Rank 2 that it becomes relevant.
